About this property

Adorable, ocean front condo, sleeps 8 but there is a fire code condominium restriction of 6 people/unit. Open air stairwell entry.

Time saved is extra time on the beach! You will love the comfort and convenience of this lovely beach front property. No need to lug and pack giant coolers of lunches and drinks for the entire day; bathroom is close. We also allow you the use of our storage locker where you are welcome to use our beach toys and gear, saving you the trouble of carting home sandy gear in your car. This is a low-rise condo of only 12 units resulting in a beachfront that is less crowded than other high-rise properties.

Great location half way between Bethany Beach and downtown Ocean City. Half an hour ride from the Rehobeth outlets and across the street from North Side Park, where one can bike, roller skate, jog, fish, crab and kids can play on a huge play ground when the beach gets to be enough. For those who are really into sports, Northside Park has a community center with outdoor exercise equipment, indoor basketball court as well as multiple sports fields.

This is not just a rental, it is our second home and we treat it with the love and care of our main residence. We hope you will come to love it and enjoy your stay as much as we do.

Fantastic location and view

Loved this place so much! Not really any complaints except parking was a struggle to find and is not connected to property but that was a minor inconvenience for the benefit of location and view and kindness/helpfulness of property owners! Neighbors are SO nice and friendly! Hope we can stay again!!!

Great property right on the beach

Wonderful location, very easy walk to the beach, convenient parking, clean, very responsive host. A bit tight for 5 tall people - the bunk bed didn’t work for us, but we moved one of the extra mattresses to the floor. Great place for our quick beach visit.

Perfect beach getaway!!

There literally is nothing better than waking up and going to sleep with the beach outside your door! We didn't even need to wear shoes unless we were getting in the car. Everything about the condo was exactly as described in the listing. Alicia was very responsive throughout the whole process. Perfect spot for a family to stay!

Hobo Ocean Condo

I’ve vacationed in OC many times, and this was the best trip I’ve ever had. I spent four nights with my sons (two pre-teens and one seventeen-year-old). Alicia was very responsive to all of my questions/concerns. The decor of the condo was lovely and the furniture comfortable and clean. I appreciated use of the beach chairs and umbrella. This may sound like a small detail, but any parent who’s spent time at the beach with several children will understand my relief at finding many hooks throughout the house and on the deck, which amounted to plenty of spots for drying wet bath towels, beach towels, and swimsuits. Access to the beach was as good as it gets. I didn’t even put on flip flops to get there. The condo is on a beautiful stretch of beach with clean, soft sand. It was wonderful during the day and at night. Traveling as a single mom can sometimes leave one feeling vulnerable, but I felt totally safe at all times. Several reviews have mentioned the stairs obscuring the view. It is annoying but something I was fully aware of when I booked my stay. I still sat on the deck every morning to drink my coffee and enjoy the view, which is unobstructed from either corner of the deck. I thought I’d be disappointed by not having the traditional view of the beach, but I found that I loved the dunes and water view even more! It was gorgeous. “Traffic” on the stairs was not an issue for us, and I am easily annoyed by that sort of thing. Will happily return!

Little gem

It was our first time staying in North OC/Fenwick and this little gem was perfect for our young family (kids ages 5,8 & 11). It had all the necessities plus the added bonus of just being able to walk right out to the beach which was far less crowded than locations closer to the boardwalk. Alicia is a wonderful host. Super friendly, willing to answer all questions and provide recommendations. We plan to return!

Great stay

This apartment was very nice and very well equipped. Everything was clean and comfy. The balcony was obstructed with the steps but you could still enjoy the ocean view and the sounds of the waves. Having two bedrooms was great so that our little one could get to sleep without any disturbance. Highly recommend for a family.

It doesn't disappoint! 2x visitor!

We loved this place so much in 2017, that we knew we wanted to come back again, and it didn't disappoint! It was clean, well stocked with lots of sand toys (and an umbrella-so helpful!), and quiet neighbors! The beach access is fantastic and communication with owner was very responsive. The ONLY con we can think of is needing to bring our own sheets and towels (although a couple blankets and pillows were provided). Thank you Alicia, as always!

Love this vacation Condo!

This property was in the perfect location, uncrowned beach, friendly neighborhood. We loved everything about our stay, the steps to access the condo are directly infront of the doors which made relaxing on the chairs on the deck a little challenging. The property manager was absolutely amazing, helped us with everything and was very responsive. Plenty of beds for the whole family! Kitchen was stocked pretty well. We will definitely consider this property again and again!

Can't Beat the Location!

Fantastic location just steps from the beach. My family of 5 was accommodated comfortably in the condo. The furniture is a little dated, but the pictures in the listing accurately showed this. There were chairs and boogie boards available in their storage which was an awesome perk. I highly recommend this codo!

Perfect location

This condo is cute and in a perfect location. It had everything we needed for cooking and eating in terms of kitchen items. We really enjoyed our stay and being able to just walk right out on to the beach! We never actually used the assigned parking as there was free parking right next to the building open the entire trip. Would definitely stay again!

It was great

We had a great stay at Alicia’s condo. The Hobo is right on the sand which is a huge help with two young children. She has plenty of beach toys, chairs and umbrellas for use too. Some of the furnishings are older but everything felt clean which matters most. She was also very responsive as a host!

Relaxation with great location

My family of four (two young kids) had a great time in the very functional place. For us, that’s all we need. As others have said, the location is unbeatable with direct beach access just to the sides of the building. It is kind of odd the builder designed stairs oceanfront but there’s only one floor above so there’s few people who walk by. The storage locker is very convenient and smart. We did bring most of our stuff even knowing there are things ready for guests. One slight negative is the kids’ mattress are worn down, but they’re kids and need to learn life isn’t fair. haha. Overall, we had a great stay. Bonus, you can walk to three ice cream places in 10 minutes! There was also very easy communication.

I'll stick to the boardwalk next time.

When I began searching for properties to stay I specifically entered "beachfront" because I like to sit on the deck/balcony and watch the beach. I could do neither in this location. The place I stayed had a set of stairs directly infront making not only traffic through horrible, but no view of any water or beach. Not to mention the sand dune that would have made it impossible regardless. There was no room to even sit outside with other people walking by. Had the owner posted a single picture of this "view" I would have never booked this spot. Shame on me for going on blind faith. Never again, lesson learned. I'd much rather stay in a hotel on the boardwalk.

Great beach location
