I can’t even begin to describe how amazing our stay was! Check in was a breeze. I’m so picky on cleanliness and this place is pristine. It was so comfortable and felt just like home. Nice fire pit for chilly evenings. Hot tub is so nice after long hikes in the mountains. Our boys loved having their own space downstairs. We will be coming back for sure. 15/10 recommend
Our family enjoyed staying at the Bear Tracks cabin. It exceeded our expectations. We could cook all of our meals and enjoy the surrounding area. The cabin was central to a lot of our activities and only took 10-15 minutes to get to our excursions. The kitchen is stocked with the essential cooking tools. The view from the porch offered was one of our favorite ways to end the day.
This cabin was fantastic! It was even cuter in person and very spacious, we were a group of 5 people and it felt very comfortable. The decor was nice and the host was very attentive over message and answered all our questions quickly. I did notice most of the dishes required a wash before we could use them, but other than that the place was very clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend!
Beautiful property, very clean, owners very responsive and just awesome. Easy check in and out. For Crunchy People: Sheets and towels are washed with Gain or Tide, so be prepared to bring your own sheets and towels if you’re sensitive or allergic to those products. We are pretty crunchy and went out and bought our own towels and sheets. Just something to be aware of if you’re allergic to those products or sensitive to them. Other than that it was phenomenal and the views are spectacular!
The house was extremely clean and well provisioned. Plenty of nice towels and blankets were much appreciated. The only minor issue was lighting. One day my granddaughter ended up wearing purple pants with a red shirt! I thought the pants were gray. There seemed to be plenty of light fixtures and lamps. Maybe just need higher wattage bulbs. Don’t misunderstand; other than that it was perfect! We enjoyed the pool table and the video games. Thanks for a wonderful week.
Beautiful views in the beautiful smoky mountains. Nestled in between 2 great cities. Will definitely be returning.
The cabin was great. Very well kept and felt like home away from home.

Cabin stay
Overall cleanliness was poor. Mold was growing on the bathroom curtains. Numerous Cobb webs. House smelt like roaches and sweaty feet. Mold in hot tub floating around once jets were turned on. No chlorine inside the float. Fire alarms had dead batteries the whole stay so they beeped. Only 2 tv remotes so we had to move them around up and down stairs to be able to utilize the 3 tvs in the house. No steam spray bottle for the sauna. Nail heads coming out of stairs. Bugs in the kitchen sink. Couldn’t play the pool table due to being too close to the walls. Cracks in the upstairs floor where you could see the middle floor. However there was a baby gate on site and had very soft towels to shower with and seemed to be new sheets.
We really enjoyed our stay at this cabin. We’ve traveled to Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge numerous times and was looking for a cabin close to both areas and this was perfect. It had everything we could want or need for a relaxing weekend away from it all. The hot tub was one of the larger ones and we enjoyed being able to sit around the fire pit as well. Overall wonderful stay!
The cabin had a beautiful view. A lot of extras and was just perfect.

The cabin was nice not really a mountain view hard to get too
! After bringing all our stuff in cabin. We found out the cabin was invested with BEES BEES BEES everywhere we contacted host she found us a different cabin about 10 miles aways in the woods after checking in. This cabin we found out we had mice. It was a nightmare but we caught two mice the host refund ed 1/2 our money back. Wow is all i can say
I brought the kids on a last minute getaway before school starts back and we absolutely LOVED this cabin! The kids hardly wanted to leave because there was so much to do here. They enjoyed playing pool and the video games. We also used the popcorn machine and hot tub. Their favorite part was seeing a bear climb the tree next door and then come into our yard. We will definitely be looking to stay here again!
The cabin is absolutely beautiful, as well as the views it has to offer. We barely seen our kids, they absolutely loved the bottom level of the cabin. I personally enjoyed the balconies, it was beautiful during the rain storm. The rental and check in process was so easy. Great communication with the renters. Our family would absolutely stay here again. I have nothing negative to say. I will say be prepared for the road that drives into the cabin, full of hills and turns. Definitely diffferent being on a hillside.
Our family had a great time at the cabin. We enjoyed the layout of the space, it gave everyone plenty of room to be together and enjoy the many amenities the cabin had to offer. A word of advice, make sure your car doors are locked. We had a bear open the car door and climb into the car! He left quickly when we yelled, but that was a scary moment!
