Gorgeous, newly decorated beach house-a comfortable, spacious "home away from home" in a quiet neighborhood located between the ocean and sound, with an easy walk to both. Great location for bikers, kayakers, sunbathers, shoppers and more! HUGE screened porch on ocean-facing side with a large picnic table and three ceiling fans-perfect for family meals and cozy on a rainy day. The small porch on sound side provides lovely views of the sound and the glorious sunsets. A large carport, plenty of parking, a fenced yard for the little ones, and a large outside shower make everything easy! Inside, Gunny's Watch offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms [one with a large soaking tub], spacious living room and kitchen area, and washer/dryer. Sleeps 4-6. One Queen bed and 2 full beds. Fully stocked with linens and towels.

Vacation to Topsail

We enjoyed our stay! This was our first time visiting Topsail and we just loved the island.. Julie was quick to help with all our needs. Loved the screened in porch! Very clean and had everything we needed.

What an amazing stay!!

This vacation rental home was amazing! My family had a great time! Everything was provided, linens, towels, toilet paper and paper towels. This location is in the perfect spot right between the north and south side of topsail making everything pretty accessible. The outdoor porch was incredible it provided a great place to eat without any annoying bugs. The beach wasn’t but a 5 minute walk if that. The host was super responsive with all of our needs and questions and was absolutely the best! This is the perfect spot for a family (we had 6) and it was a very comfortable stay. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking to stay on topsail island!
