Beautiful 4-person flat, large sun terrace with sea view, communal pool and tennis court, close to the beach, kitchen, bed linen, WiFi, LED TV (ASTRA satellite channels), DVD, patio furniture and deck chairs.

The flat consists of a living room, two bedrooms (1 double bed / 2 single beds), bathroom with bathtub, kitchen with all amenities such as dishwasher, washing machine and microwave and a glazed balcony (loggia). Nice place

Shame about dogs constantly barking from early hours till late was the only let down apart from that lovely place and location bars and plenty good food places

Lovely holiday

We spent fabulous 3 weeks in great location. Apartment had everything we need to enjoy our time off. There was plenty very useful information prepared by owner. All info was sent in time. Apartment very clean and bright.

Very disappointed

Will not be booking again, very disappointed. Big negative-NO AIR CON. Not specifically stated and should be. Would expect air con for the price and lack of it made our stay unbearable, especially at night. Not 1 good night’s sleep in 10 days! Ceiling fans and standing fans no good in the summer heat. We were told previous guests had broken a lamp & taken the microwave but a new one had been ordered. New microwave did not arrive at all during our stay and this is very poor! Only left the small hob to cook food. No mattress protector on the double bed. Fitted sheet did not stay on so woke up having slept on the actual mattress which is not hygienic at all. Ceiling fan in this bedroom is too slow so the room was unbearably hot. Not the standard of bedroom we were expecting and if this was a hotel then we would have asked for a different room. No lock on bathroom door. Not helpful when 4 people are staying. No privacy at all. No window in bathroom so there should be an extractor fan, as it gets hot when showering. Floor fan not much use, water pressure was hit and miss so showering not always great. The mattress protectors on the 2 single beds were too small, kept slipping off. There were at least 3 broken tiles on steps which need to be replaced as they are dangerous. Positives-Location (close to bars & restaurants) and nice pool just a short walk away. Bearing in mind the various issues (lack of microwave in particular) I would expect compensation for the inconvenience.

Xmas break

Second time to stay in this apartment. Very comfortable and is very well located. Lovely roof terrace. I do think when doing winter let's the beds should be made up with duvets as we arrived late at night and only sheets on the bed and it was quite cold. The next day we did manage to find the duvets, they were stored under the bed. This would not put me off renting the apt again I would just request the beds to be made up.

Prachtige omgeving prettige verblijf

Wij hebben hier een week vakantie gevierd. Het was op een prachtige locatie waar wandelen naar het strand op afstand was te doen. Een super grote mall op afstand waar echt alles te koop was. Een vriendelijke buurt.

Very convenient

All very convenient and as per our expectations. All instructions and procedures very clear and well working, all contacts very smooth. We really enjoyed the area with good restaurants, bars and supermarket only 100-200 meters away. Perfect also in January with people living in the area, making it alive.

schöne Wohnung in guter Lage

Meine Frau und ich haben sieben schöne Tage in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Wohbung bietet alles was man braucht. Wir fanden die Wohung besser als auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. Der schöne Banlkon als Wintergarten und eine herrliche Dachterrasse. Wir kommen schon viele Jahre nach La Florida und waren sehr zufrieden. Vielen Dank Christian.

Very convenient and clean

Met in time by manager who was helpful. Lots of information sent prior to visit by owner. The apartment is located close to shops, bars, restaurants and the communal pool so would be good for a small family/ couple as long as they can negotiate the steps up to the door. No oven but had hob and microwave so sufficient . All other things provided. Clean comfy apartment

Holiday with friends

Lovely apt. Very clean and modern. Plenty of towels and bed linen. Beside lots of bars and restaurants. Few little problems, sun loungers on roof terrace where broken, did email owners about this and they were replaced with new ones a few days later. The handle on the hall door kept falling off, we notified the key holder about this and she said she would have it fixed but still not fixed when we were leaving. Over all a great holiday and would stay here again.

Great apartment in a great location

Really liked this apartment and the location we know the area VERY well as we are over several times a year - we loved the location of the apartment it was clean and tidy with plenty if linen and towels to use. The ONLY downside for me was the Internet - it would only connect to 1 of our phones and even then it was not allowing usage (I said to the young lady who gave us the keys and she was going to contact the suppliers) if that's a suppliers fault then thats something that should hopefully be fixed for other guests) but we still paid for it within our apartment rates, that being said I wouldn't let it put us off using this again we really did like it and again I can't stress enough how great the location is for us. - The young lady Sarah who deals with the keys was prompt and very helpful. A credit to the owner.

Disappointed

The good things was the location and the arrangements for picking up the keys and the security was good ,the things we where not informed about was that the internet is rationed , we lost all internet two days into the holiday, we tried to contact the owner to increase his internet usage but he was not interested , another thing about the property is the shower is a drip , water pressure is rubbish also if you have to many things plugged in the power blows , there is no oven just a hob , this is a honest review .

El apartamento es preciso, acogedor, etc.

Estaba todo súper limpio, muy bien equipada, muy tranquilo. Lo único malo es que en la TV solo había 2 canales en español. Pero bueno, da igual porque habiendo playa y piscina la TV no es del todo necesario.

We are a North German couple in the best years with four adult children and have bought this apartment to - from time to time - enjoy the sun, especially in the dark winter months. Maybe we will, when we are retired, even fully use it as winter quarter. In addition to our children, we also want other people give the opportunity to enjoy the apartment, the sea and the surrounding area.

Why they chose this property

We immediately loved the apartment and its location. Some of our neighbors live permanently here others spend their holidays in La Florida. Therefore our road is also in the off-season lively but calm.
The close proximity to restaurants and shops was another important reason for us to accurately acquire this apartment.
