Our spectacular 5 BR, 3 bath villa sits on the 12th fairway of Highland Reserve GC and is conveniently situated 9 miles from the Western Way Disney Gate. Our spacious villa is also a short drive to all of the restaurants on Rt 192, Margaritaville and Champions Gate. It features a fully stocked kitchen, breakfast nook, formal dining room, formal living room, family room and a lanai with heated pool and spa overlooking the golf course. For entertainment, the property has 6 ROKU enabled TVs and the garage has been converted to a game room with a pool table, air hockey, foosball table and dart board. For the ease guests with infants, a porta crib, stroller, an umbrella stroller, highchair and baby gate are provided. Our villa is located within walking distance to Publix supermarket and a number of restaurants. The property is privately owned, and we boast a 5-star rating.
