Beautiful coastal neighborhood

New townhouse in a quiet neighborhood was perfect vacation spot. Each bedroom had it's own bath. We spent 4th of July week so place was busy but not loud at all. Pool was refreshing and plenty of chairs to relax in. Owner was easy to communicate with. Place had everything we needed.

Back Again!

This is an excellent property in Beaufort with terrific hosts! Our family returned after a couple of years and will definitely book again in the future. The home is equipped with everything one could need for a great stay. We did utilize the golf cart to easily peruse around town and really appreciated the hosts' offer to rent theirs. The Beau Coast neighborhood is welcoming and charming. Our children loved the pool and we loved the close proximity to everything the sweet town of Beaufort has to offer. Will be back for sure!

Fantastic vacation rental! Beautiful & clean!

We stayed at Salty Air for a week with our family of 4. Wendell is a wonderful host and was so helpful with any questions we had during our stay. We loved the house so much and it was definitely one of the cleanest places we have rented. All of the rooms are decorated so nicely and they have a nice airy feel. They made sure to have little extras which were perfect since not everyone remembered to pack all of their toiletries. We rented a golf cart during our trip and we had so much fun driving it around Beaufort I definitely would recommend it since it is such a golf cart friendly place and it’s much easier to park. The pool and clubhouse facilities are great and we spent a good amount of time relaxing at the pool throughout the week. Highly recommend staying at Salty Air!

Best vacation/retirement dreams

This was my family’s first time to the NC coast. We are a family of 6 then my sister in law tagged along last minute. So 3 adults and 4 kids. We usually go to the gulf, but family reunions brought us to NC, so we made a vacation out of it. Driving into Beaufort looks more like a marina town than beach get away but driving away from Beaufort my kids declared this the best vacation ever. Every day we were there they thanked me for booking the best condo ever. The places we stayed in the gulf the last 2 years had a private pool and I was afraid they would miss that. This place was amazing that they didn’t miss a private pool at all. The check in was flawless. I communicated with Wendell a couple times during the week over small things. He responded quickly and if something needed resolving, he did so quickly and very kindly. Beau Coast is a wonderful neighborhood that is both quiet and conveniently located to restaurants and the water. The townhouse is beautifully decorated, super clean, very warm and inviting, and extremely comfortable. We drove away looking at properties we could buy for retirement. And if we don’t buy one now, we could happily return to this property every year.

Lovely Townhouse

This townhouse is absolutely perfect, not only was the property super clean but the beds were comfortable! We were pleasantly surprised with the welcome muffins and the extra amenities. Wendell was amazing to work with and we will definitely be back next year. We highly recommend renting the golf cart because there is so much to explore in Beaufort!

Heaven in the Carolinas

This place is amazing! Wendell has gone above and beyond what you would expect from a vacation rental; or at least what I have experienced in the ones I have used. First, it was the cleanest home I have ever rented. Immaculately maintained. Amenities they have nailed, down to new toothbrushes and tooth paste in the bathrooms, to the high-end toilet paper… No cheap cuts on this place to save money for your comfort. The living space is beautiful and so is the community, a great place to just get away and relax. 15 min drive to local beaches, good local food. Not touristy at all, just your good hometown feels with short commutes to anything you want to do. Fishing at the local pier to walking the boardwalk to enjoying the local food. Wish we would have gone later in July to have more use of the pool, but overall perfect. The only thing I would like to have seen would be a place to park my boat while in town, but that is hard to find anywhere. Thank you, Wendell, for a great week!

Clean, Comfy, and Convenient!

We loved our recent visit to Beaufort and the "Salty Air" Townhome. The community is quiet, and so up-to-date with top notch construction and so many amenities. Our family really enjoyed the golf cart rides to Front St and watching the sunset on the waterway. All the beds were so comfy, everything was immaculate and clean. The one thing I will note is the amount of stairs in the house, not sure I was prepared for three stories (and one bedroom so far away from the others on bottom floor) but luckily our kiddos were big enough to handle it. Special thanks for the muffins and extra little items around the house (soap, plates, toothbrushes, coffee, etc.) Wendell was excellent to communicate with! We will surely be back sometime. Thanks so much!!

Vrbo was beautifully decorated and clean. Amenities in Beau Coast were amazing. Rent the golf cart! Owners were very prompt and accommodating. Toiletries in all bathrooms were definitely appreciated because we forgot a toothbrush. Would absolutely stay again and honestly I wanted to buy it and never leave!!!

Wendell’s townhome is perfect! Excellent location in Beaufort with wonderful community amenities. The home is new, very spacious and meticulously maintained! Beau Coast Relaxation

The property was well-appointed and very clean. Wendell supplied information to us as needed and in a very timely manner. Beau Coast has all the amenities of a resort...game room, club house, lovely pool, exercise room, and a waterfront gathering spot on Taylor's Creek. We enjoyed our stay and would come back very soon.

Amazing in every way!

Wendell has an incredible place; clean, open, airy with lots of amenities close by and a block away from Front street with a short walk to downtown! He pays attention to all the little details - provided muffins when we arrived, mini toiletries in the bathrooms, and was incredibly responsive to texts with whatever question or need we had during our stay. We would definitely stay again!
