Beachfront luxury condo perfect for a wonderful vacation

The views from this unit are amazing as it is a corner unit on the top floor of the six story building. You can see for miles in each direction .The entire condo has been recently updated. The complex offers two swimming pools and hot tubs, two tennis courts, secure, on-site parking and direct, private access to the beach, just steps from the beach.

The spacious living/dining area has floor-to-ceiling views of the Gulf of Mexico as well as access to the main balcony.

The master suite with floor-to-ceiling wall-to-wall windows has a king bed, large flat screen TV and on-suite bathroom with walk in shower.

The second bedroom has a queen bed, spacious closet and TV. It also has access to the wrap around patio with views.

The third bedroom has two double beds, built in dresser and spacious closet. It also has a TV and access to the wrap around patio with views.

There is a shared bath with walk in shower.

You will find a fully equipped kitchen to meet your needs. Everything you need to prepare your meals while enjoying the beautiful view.

Our family of 5 stayed for Spring Break. The condo was clean, easy to get to, perfect for our family. Great pool, easy beach access. Really appreciated the beach chairs and pool towels! Loved the view from the patio too! We had a fantastic time!!

Great Choice!

My family that consists of 5 adults had a wonderful experience at Ruthanne's property on South Padre Island. It is very clean and comfortable and looks just a nice as the pictures. Great views and location. We look forward to coming back and/or trying another one of her properties, if she has any. Highly recommend this place.

Great Thanksgiving Getaway

Watching the sunrise over the beach from the balcony was phenomenal, the home had everything we needed, great communication with owner, roomy, comfy and exactly as described. Easy walk to the beach, safe neighborhood and great and secure location. Will definitely visit again.

Five Days In Paradise

Six related old folk couples in their young 80s thoroughly enjoyed this 3 bedroom condo for five nights of family stories and tales and spending a great deal of time on the balcony watching the tide, waves, boats, and beach walkers. The condo was equiped with everything needed and MORE. Beautiful decore. The check-in folks and security were so welcoming, friendly, and very accommodating. Excellent elevator. Easy access to the beach. A/C was great. Two types of coffee pots and a fully stocked kitchen. Amenities galore. Beds and views were super. Luggage carts available. Coded access gate/secured parking. Early Fall trip

Condo was perfect. Had all necessities imaginable plus more. Owner was very sweet to work with. We will rent this condo again for sure. Pools were great and beach access wonderful. Also a much fewer people and calmer shoreline than further down.

This corner condo has wonderful views with exceptional access to the beach. The bathrooms and kitchen are very well stocked and the entire unit has lovely beach vibe decorations. A bonus was watching fireworks from our deck on Thursday night.

Wonderful stay

Absolutely gorgeous views just as advertised. Very clean and beds were very comfortable. Plenty of room for the six of us. A plethora of amenities were available for the kitchen as well as everything we needed for the beach….chairs, umbrellas, toys, towels, etc. Very easy check in and check out. We highly recommend this property and will definitely stay here on our next visit to South Padre.

Nice, but a terrible smell

Overall nice place. There was a rotten food smell coming from kitchen sink thst we reported but never was addressed during our stay. Looked like rotted food in broken gsrbage disposal.
