The apartment is ideally located in Marnaz, in a very pleasant and quiet environment, with little traffic. The house is located at the edge of the woods, on the heights with a view on the valley and the mountains. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential stores but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

- In winter, you can enjoy many ski resorts nearby: les Carroz (20 km / approx. 30 minutes), Flaine (34 km / approx. 50 minutes), Praz de lys-Sommand (40 minutes), Samoens (26 km / 35 minutes), la Clusaz (45 minutes)

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private parking of the apartment. A parking space is available in front of the house, accessible with any type of vehicle (except camper and trailer).
Some places are also available at 20 meters on a public parking lot.
As far as other means of transportation are concerned, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Urban line in the city center (5 minutes by car from the accommodation) serving the surrounding towns.
- The train station of Cluses is about 15 minutes by car from the accommodation.
- The A40 freeway is about 15 minutes away.
Other remarks :
- The cleaning at the end of the stay includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
- Free Wifi available.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- The owners live on the 2nd floor and have the right to access the 1st floor entrance (access to the general meter of the house). A lockable entrance door separates the airlock and the apartment.
