Du pour et du contre
Résidence au calme et avec une très belle vue sur les montagnes. L'appartement correspond tout à fait à la description qui en est faite. Petit bémol sur l'emplacement où rien n'est possible sans voiture (pas de promenades à proximité) Accueil inexistant. Check in autonome et la propriétaire n'est jamais venue nous saluer malgré ses passages fréquents à la résidence. Dommage. Équipements de la piscine et de la terrasse vétustes.

Dans l’ensemble assez bonne location. Les photos de l’annonce ne sont pas contractuelles. En effet, les photos dites « appartement » ne correspondent pas à ce que nous avons eu. Attention les draps et les serviettes ne sont pas inclus, et le ménage est a faire (sinon il vous sera facturé 60€). Le canapé lit est assez inconfortable. En revanche la piscine est très bien et assez calme!

Bon séjour, résidence agréable calme et très bien située. A noter un manque d'équipement général (cuisine et produits de première nécessité, ainsi que le pommeau de douche toujours déféctueux). Je recommande tout de même!

PESSIMO E' DIR POCO...
Purtroppo non abbiamo mai avuto il piacere di incontrare personalmente Madame Bartoli: check-in e check-out mai effettuati. Comunicazioni avvenute solo via sms o mail. Strada per arrivare all'appartamento bianca e piena di grosse buche: si consigliano macchine alte. Il cancello automatico ha dato quotidianamente problemi di apertura per cui era necessario spingerlo a mano. Appartamento conforme alla descrizione salvo scarsa pulizia all'arrivo: pavimento non pulito, ragni e ragnatele, stoviglie non lavate e mobili esterni molto sporchi. Il doccino del bagno era rotto già al nostro arrivo. Il divano letto del soggiorno inqualificabile sia per pulizia che comodità: assolutamente da sostituire. Dopo tre giorni nei pensili della cucina abbiamo scoperto la presenza di topi per cui ci è stato assegnato un appartamento al piano superiore. Purtroppo la proprietaria ci aveva segnalato che l'appartamento non era stato ancora pulito e che il condizionatore non funzionava: nel frattempo aveva provveduto con un piccolo ventilatore. Quest'appartamento sembrava un po' meglio tenuto anche se sul balcone si erano staccati due pannelli del controsoffitto e la doccia, oltre a essere sporca, aveva il doccino superiore rotto. Globalmente esperienza da non consigliare nè ripetere.

Bonjour ,ma compagne et moi même nous avons passés une agréable semaine dans cette résidence qui est vraiment très très calme ,elle se situe entre les plus belles plages (10mns)et Porto-Vecchio (6mns) vraiment idéal !une supérette SPAR et à peine à 2mns en voiture de la résidence c'est bien pratique ,sinon cela fait 2 fois que nous venons sur Porto-Vecchio c'est une très belle région que ce soit coté mer ou montagne .

Posizione strategica
Appartamento nuovo, piccolo ma ben dotato. Presente anche un piccolo giardino esterno dove si può grigliare e mangiare all'aperto. Posizione strategica, a 5 minuti dalle spiagge di Santa Giulia e Palombaggia e dal centro di Porto Vecchio. Proprietaria gentile e disponibile, sempre veloce nel rispondere a ogni tipo di richiesta. Abbiamo anche apprezzato la tranquillità del residence e la presenza della piscina. Ottima soluzione per visitare il Sud della Corsica, in mezz'ora si arriva a Bonifacio. Bella vacanza.

Proximité commerces et plages. Appartement bien équipé et fraîchement peint. Grande piscine TV, wifi, airco : très bien Petits bémols : divan lit dans la salle à manger moyennement confortable et frigo parfois bruyant la nuit. Trop peu de verres et couverts pour 4 personnes et pas de sous-plats. Support pommeau de douche à remplacer.

Résidence parfaite, un petit havre de tranquillité avec vue sur le maquis...que du bonheur! Idéalement située, proche de tous commerces, et des magnifiques plages environnantes, appartement tout confort (inclus une machine à laver, pour les longs séjour, très appréciable..) Mme BARTOLI, est à l'écoute, disponible, arrangeante en fonction des disponibilités (heure d'arrivée, de départ..). Nous recommandons vivement cette résidence ou l'on se sent comme chez soi! Mention spéciale à notre hôte à 4 pattes un beau Sacré de Birmanie qui n'a pas manqué de venir nous saluer à notre arrivé...ainsi que le jour de notre départ : j'ai nommé Flocon! Il residence e' collocato in zona tranquilla e strategica rispetto alle spiagge e alle localita' piu' interessanti. L'appartamento piccolo ma molto attrezzato e di nuova costruzione, ha contribuito alla buona riuscita della nostra vacanza. La proprietaria e' una persona gentilissima e assolutamente professionale.
