Let your stresses drift away in our renovated 2nd floor walk up condo with modern amenities including Corian countertops, new appliances, and a full size washer/dryer. Our unit sleeps 4 comfortably with a queen mattress in the bedroom and a pull out queen sleep sofa in the family room. The ideal condo for your making your vacation enjoyable and relaxing.

Amazing Stay

Renting from Carl was super easy and from the time I booked, he stayed in contact with me and answered any question in a timely manner. The unit was adorable, spacious and clean. I will definitely be looking to book from him again. Thank you Carl for being such a lovely host.

Apartment was exactly as pictured. Very clean and cozy. Like being at home. Neighborhood was walkable to local restaurants and beach. Owner was in touch and available if needed. But had no issues.

Wonderful Stay

Great condo just a block from the beach. I went for a girl's weekend with my best friend and her young daughter and there was plenty to do for all ages. The host, Carl, was very friendly and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Absolutely wonderful and thank you for the great new memories!

Great spot

This was the perfect spot for me, my husband, and our 6-week old to stay for a few days. The bedroom is on the smaller side but we were still able to fit a pack & play for the baby. Location was great - right across from the convention center/dough roller on 41st. Kitchen appeared well stocked (we ate sandwiches/out mostly.) Coffee maker is a Keurig so be sure to bring pods (we’re coffee pot people and only brought grounds & filters.) Beach wasn’t super crowded because it’s mostly smaller condo buildings nearby and no hi-rise hotels or condos. Easy check-in. Great communication with the host, Carl. Definitely recommend!

Great property in ocean block so you don’t have to walk far to the beach. Condo is clean and has everything you need for cooking. Quiet street and can walk to surf shops. Enjoyed the outside area with morning coffee and late night relaxing. Communication with the host is excellent.

A short retreat

My wife and I wanted to get away for a couple of days, without our two little ones. It was a wonderful condo and in a great location. It was right off the beach and in short distance of many good restaurants. We’ll definitely stay here again if we decide to come back in the future.

Awesome condo

We were in Ocean City for a cheer competition. Condo was super convenient to the Convention Center and very clean. Carl was wonderful to work with and was very accommodating! Perfect size for myself, husband and our daughter. Will definitely book this condo again!!
