The updated classy, condo.
Located very close to amenities, within very short walking distance.
900 square feet. Just the right size to spread out but keep everyone together.
Playing euchre or dominos around the kitchen table.
Sitting outside on the patio watching the sunset dip below the trees.
Kitchen is big enough to make a nice meal, but not so big that it's hard to clean up.
Putting my feet up on the ottoman and watching the fireplace while also seeing the outdoor beauty.
Walking outside in my bare feet and feeling the soft grass.
Having a picnic underneath the tree, right outside the doors.

Many people park outside without an issue and never get ticketed, but we wanted to be completely up front.
If you choose to use the pool/beach towels, please be so kind as to wash and dry them. They are so big, they take forever to dry.

Perfect Stay @ Trout Lake

Perfectly located stay with plenty to do. Our apartment had video games and board games to play with and was perfectly located across from the pool. Clean quiet and garage for the car was a perfect touch. I hope I get to stay at this property in the future. My family just loved it.

Great Time Up North!

It was a long weekend trip for our 52nd wedding anniversary. We wanted to be near Petosky to see a group of old friends and the location was perfect! A really comfortable facility with everything we needed to make it a wonderful trip!

Awesome Location

Place was clean and fulfilled all of our needs. Love the huge area that surrounds the condos. I am a big morning walker and was able to walk 4 miles every morning without having to leave the complex.

Northern MI family stay

Great little home base to spiral out to see all the nature Northern Mi has to offer. My husband enjoyed parking in the garage! I enjoyed having two bedrooms! My teens enjoyed the multiple bed options so one had to share. Nice pools. We also played pickleball.

Nice family place

A good central location for our sightseeing plans. Unit was nicely located close to the pool which would be perfect for anyone with children. The spare bedroom is great for children and the king size mattress in the master bedroom was very comfortable. Central, quiet and safe!

Great Stay With Plenty to Do

Great overall stay, the place has several pool options and two playgrounds if you have kids. The rooms were great and our kids loved being able to select between three beds in the second room every night. The place is slightly out of the way in the summer of most places since the ski resort is closed. The only reason, we didn't give this unit a 5 star rating is our other stays from VRBO were above and beyond any type of typical expectation (greeting basket, check in mid stay, and great communication). So if you are just looking for a place that you can go back after a long day and sleep or relax you can count on this place being top notch.

Wonderful vacation condo!

Stayed here in early summer. Pools were clean and heated. Excellent grounds with trails. Condo was perfect and everything provided. Remote for fireplace now has new batteries. Kids loved it and convenient to Petosky and Harbor Springs. This place also would be excellent for winter trips to highlands or nubs. We enjoyed our stay.

Great place in Harbor Springs!

Great Trout Creek condo that fit all of our needs! Location is wonderful, between downtown Harbor Springs and Petoskey. Loved the convenience of having the fitness room! The condo is nicely updated, very clean, comfortable, quiet and well-equipped! Great corner unit, and we were grateful for the garage as well. Hosts are extremely wonderful to work with and communicate quickly. Will love to stay here again!!

Some bigger issues but all in all a nice stay

The stay was nice and there was room for everyone which was great and sometimes hard to find with a big family. The only problem I had was there was an unclean water warning and because of that the pools were out which was one of the main reasons for picking this property. They could have sent me a message letting me know those things so I could have made other arrangements. My kids were looking forward to the pools and playground equipment that was also under construction. If anything I should have at least been warned that the water will need boiled to be able to drink.

Anniversary get away

We enjoyed our stay so much! The condo was clean and well decorated. The location was central to everything! And the weather was perfect every day! Sunny and 70’s! We enjoyed the pool and the lake and the trails and just the beauty of the area and all of the trees! It was such a nice place to stay!

Trout Creek is always a blast!

We had a wonderful stay in this unit at Trout Creek. We have stayed at this condo complex every summer for 12+ years. It's one of our families favorite places. It's near both Petoskey and Harbor Springs and the facilities at this complex and great. This unit is nicely remodeled with nice amenities. It also was super clean! We'd love to come back!

Quick getaway

This condo was exactly as listed. We chose it because of the various accommodations and location. Everything was clean and I truly appreciated the stocked kitchen and variety of pantry items. The bedroom with the bunks and 1 of the doors to the bathroom was really sticky so we couldn’t really close them properly. I would have loved having an extra hour at checkout time!

Great except for furniture!

Everything was great, but the master mattress was horribly soft as was the living room sectional. Cable tv/streaming was the best we’ve ever had in a rental and kitchen and bath were nicely updated.

Great family stay! Close to Up North fun

My family of five, kids age 9-3, had a great vacation stay at Trout Creek. The condo was perfect size for our family. Everyone had some space when they needed it but we could also all be together. There was pretty much everything we needed in the kitchen and the bathroom. Washer and dryer in the unit was really helpful. There were beach/pool towels, sand toys and beach chairs also for use. We used the indoor pool and the outdoor pool which we’re both nice. The outdoor pool is surrounded by trees so there is shade which made it a little chilly on the day we were there even though the water was heated. Indoor pool is 5 foot deep at the deepest point. I ventured out on the trails, which were nice. Some were groomed more than others, so be advised. The yellow trail was a little more of an adventure than the red trail. The on-site play sets were fun for the kids when we adults didn’t want to go far. On our trip we spent time in Harbor Springs, Petoskey and the Mackinac area so that location of a condo was great. Some of our favorite things were Petoskey State Park, the park/playground downtown Petoskey on the bay, Mackinac Island, Kilwins for ice cream and fudge. It was nice to have the condo for rest in between activities, at the end of the day or when the weather was a little wet.
