Will return one day!

Lovely property. Great view of the valley. We played a lot of Table Tennis and boule. Hosts very helpful when our car broke down. Highly recommended.

Excellent accommodation wonderful location

A beautiful well equipped property, the pictures don’t do it justice. A wonderful peaceful location within reach of so many interesting places to visit in this beautiful region. Highly recommended,friendly helpful hosts made it a wonderful vacation.

Super séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le cadre est superbe, au calme et la maison très pratique et très jolie. Idéalement situé pour visiter tous les coins alentours (on est à 10 à 30 minutes en voiture de tout). La piscine a été très appréciée pendant les fortes chaleurs. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Sylvie et Wouters. Le petit plus pour nous, nos 3 chiens ont pu venir avec nous en vacances. Top. On reviendra.

Beautiful location and a much needed pool

What a lovely place to stay and in 38 degree heat most days the pool was a must! The cottage had everything we needed, was furnished to a high standard, very comfortable and clean. The outdoor space was fabulous, especially in the middle of a heatwave. My son loved the separate room and bathroom. Sylvie was lovely, met us on our first day, kept in touch beforehand and then allowed us to have a peaceful and much needed break. Thank you for letting us stay!

Excellente semaine .

Superbe maison très bien située pour visiter la région. Accueil, confort , espace , tout est au top ! Terrasse ombragée et piscine chauffée ont séduit toute la famille! A recommander sans hésitation!

Super week-end !

Excellent séjour à Sergeac à tout point de vue, cadre magnifique et maison parfait pour notre week-end entre amis ! N'hésitez pas à réserver Chez Jeanine pour un bon repas de spécialités locales et à Canoës APA à Saint-Léon pour une superbe randonnée sur la Vézère.

Exceptionnel week-end VTT!

Nous avons passé un week-end exceptionnel chez Sylvie et Wouter. La maison est fantastique, construite avec des matériaux de qualité, très bien équipée. La piscine chauffée donne sur un beau paysage de campagne. Nous avons profité pleinement de cet espace superbe. Wouter nous a proposé des parcours VTT de folie. À vivre absolument !

Maison très bien restaurée avec des matériaux de qualité. Bien équipée dans l’ensemble. Adaptée pour les enfants ainsi que les animaux de compagnie. Dommage que la pluie se soit invitée !

Excellente semaine

Maison très bien située pour visiter châteaux grottes ... Propriétaires très sympathiques qui sont aux petits soins avec les locataires , nous avons passé un excellent séjour au bord de la piscine. Maison spacieuse et très bien équipée . Une terrasse ombragée agréable. Vue magnifique. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter.

Lovely peaceful stay !

Great little cottage in a tranquil spot but still close to loads of attractions. The children loved the warm pool and trampoline. Great with young children, riding, kayaking etc all within a few minutes drive.

Wifi geen probleem!!!

Wij hebben een toptijd gehad. De kinderen waren dol op het water en de trampoline, maar nog blijer werden ze van de zoons van de eigenaren. Heerlijk voetballen op het veld. Heel fijn. Het huis is top en toen de wifi het niet deed werden we uitgenodigd om Champions league voetbal bij hen thuis te kijken. Zo gastvrij!! Het huis voldeed aan alle verwachtingen, de verhuurders overtroffen onze verwachtingen aan alle kanten. DANK!

Trop bien !

Location dans une maison typique du Périgord très ancienne mais bien réhabilitée. Ancienne, donc pas hyper fonctionnelle comme une maison moderne (mais c'est aussi cela qui fait son charme), mais un jour pour s'habituer et après on s'y sent vraiment bien. La piscine est superbe, bon étant venu en avril nous n'avons pas eu la chance d'en profiter (mais nous le savions) mais déjà s'installer devant sur un fauteuil de plage confortable un bon livre à la main c'est un plaisir alors vous qui viendrez les mois d'été ce sera le paradis. C'est aussi un bon point de départ pour visiter les innombrables châteaux et sites préhistoriques de la région (ne pas rater Lascaux IV mais prendre ses précautions pour réserver déjà plein de monde en avril). Enfin, et pas le moins important, l'accueil de Sylvie et Wouter ( et leurs trois jeunes garçons) est exceptionnel de gentillesse, tout proches, disponibles et pourtant très discrets. Alors si vous cherchez un point de chute dans le Périgord noir, vous pouvez venir ici en toute confiance.

Un super week-end, dépaysant et tout confort !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la Grenaderie. La maison, une ancienne ferme authentique de la région parfaitement rénovée par Wouter, est charmante et bien équipée (rénovation de caractère récente, tous ustensiles et équipements de cuisine, un grand séjour confortable). Deux chambres avec lits doubles se situent à l’étage du corps principal de la maison (+ un clic-clac dans le salon). Un petit studio avec deux lits simples et une salle de bain récente est contigu à la maison. Nous étions six et avons trouvé cette configuration ‘maison/studio’ plutôt pratique. La piscine chauffée, se situe à l’arrière de la maison et offre une vue dégagée sur la vallée de la Seignolle. Nous en avons pleinement profité. Le calme est absolu (la maison est située en pleine campagne). L’accès aux agglomérations proches est rapide (Montignac et les grottes de Lascaux à 10 min - Intermarché en sortie de ville). Nous remercions Sylvie et Wouter pour leur accueil et leur disponibilité lors du séjour. Au final, un rapport qualité prix exceptionnel pour la région. Nous vous recommandons chaudement cette location.

zalig genieten in La Grenaderie!!

Hoe goed een vakantieplek, met bijhorende vakantie, ook is, wij gaan nooit nog eens terug, een tweede keer naar hetzelfde is voor ons eigenlijk uitgesloten. Naar La Grenaderie zijn we in juni 2015 wél terug geweest, exact één jaar na onze eerste vakantie daar. Nu zouden we kunnen stellen dat het is omdat de gîte authentiek en volledig is, het zwembad zalig uitnodigend, de gastvrijheid van Wouter en Sylvie hartverwarmend of de fietstochten van niet te evenaren schoonheid...maar dat doen we dus lekker niet..wat we echter wel gaan doen...omdat we nooit een tweede keer naar hetzelfde gaan, gaan we -alstgodbelieft- in 2016 voor de derde keer naar La Grenaderie in Sergeac. à recommander

nous avons apprécié l'accueil très sympatique de nos hôtes avec des petites attentions à l'arrivée très rares. Nous avons apprécié également la discrétion de Sylvie et Wouter et leur disponibilité. Quant au gîte rien à redire très propre, rien ne manque en matière d'ustensiles etc. Nos hôtes ont pensé à tout. Et la piscine chauffée et privée est un plus non négligeable, avec vue sur la belle région, rien à redire. Et une caresse à Fausto le chien aussi discret et sympa que ses maitres. A RECOMMANDER

Idéal en famille

Gite idéalement situé pour visiter la vallée de l'homme et la vallée de la Dordogne. Gite très confortable, avec beaucoup de charme, au calme et avec une très belle vue...nous avons passé une excellente semaine avec nos trois enfants... L'accueil des propriétaires, leurs attentions de tous les jours nous ont vraiment beaucoup touché.
