Our apartment is situated near a golf course in a small complex with 8 apartments. Located across the way is the very well-connected holiday apartment complex, Rocha Brava which has a super market. Restaurants and the Praia do Carvalho and P. Santianes beaches are not far away.

Super accueil de Garry a l ecoute de nos demandes. Le logement est plutot vieillissant mais tres grand. Le quartier est quand même un peu bruyants dans la journée.mais cela nous a pas empêche de passer de bonne vacances

Très bon séjour
Un appartement agréable et fonctionnel dans une résidence très propre et très bien entretenue. Un gérant aux petits soins ! Proximité d’un petit commerce, d’un bar et de restaurants très agréable. Très bien situé pour découvrir l’Algarve.

Grand appartement avec terrasse et piscine,proche des plus belles plages d'Algarve.
Petite résidence très bien placée (proche des plus belles plages) . Appartement très spacieux au rez de chaussée avec grande terrasse, jardin et piscine commune. Quelques nuisances sonores de voitures qui ne permettent pas de dormir fenêtres ouvertes, mais quartier calme. Restaurants et épicerie accessibles à pied. Super séjour, je recommande !

Super séjour à Pedra Mansa
On a passé un séjour entre amis avec les enfants dans cette charmante résidence. Le logement est grand et agréable. Cuisine très fonctionnelle (bien équipée en matériel : manque juste un grill pain). La salle de bain est grande avec douche + baignoire. (Dommage de ne pas avoir plutôt 2 petites salles de bain mais on s'est arrangés). La terrasse et très bien et table déplacable sous un palmier à l'ombre. La piscine n est pas de 1ère jeunesse mais agréable avec douche. La résidence est située près du phare mais il faut marcher un peu pour aller à la 1ère plage et beaucoup pour les autres. Mais tellement beau ! On a pris le véhicule pour sillonner l'Algarve. La résidence est située dans un quartier où les touristes sont plutôt anglo-saxon, pas de communication en Français dans les commerces contrairement au reste de l'Algarve. On recommande cette location.

Mooi groot appartement op goede locatie
Enige minpunt: Door het ontbreken van een airco moeten de ramen 's nachts open blijven staan en er is behoorlijk veel nachtlawaai.

A refaire !
Appartement bien équipé et propre. Merci à Gary, le gardien de la résidence pour sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse. Il y une petite supérette juste à côté. A 15 min à pied de la plage de Carvalho,qui est un endroit magnifique. A moins de 10mn en voiture de Carvoiero village, avec beaucoup d animation le soir (restaurants, bar.. Etc)

Really enjoyed stay, no issues at all. A wee bit out of town but closer to beach. Was disappointed could not use Rocha Brava pool area. Maybe should state this, we were asked to leave abruptly. Lovely stay

Needs some improvements
This is a very nice complex and the swimming pool and communal areas are very well kept. Unfortunately there were several dirty dishes in the cupboards, the sofa was filthy and there was a smell of mold in the room with 2 single beds. The lady whom we were told to contact if we had any queries was very rude and unwelcoming (I was shocked) I asked her if there was a brush so that I could sweep the floor and she laughed at me and said it wasn’t her problem as it wasn’t her property. With a few small changes such as a new sofa and attention to cleanliness this apartment would be delightful as it is in a lovely location.

Buena ubicación, urbanización tranquila. Apartamento aceptable.
Un buen lugar para ir de vacaciones. La urbanización muy cuidada. Es un buen apartamento pero necesita mejoras para ser un apartamento excelente. La casa necesita reparaciones en la fontanería ( en cuarto de baño y cocina el agua no sale bien). Faltan elementos en la cocina como tostador o extractor en la campana. El televisor es muy básico.

Sehr gepflegte Wohnung. Küche und Bad Tip Top. Klimaanlage nicht nötig.
Die gesamte Anlage ist ordentlich und der Pool sauber. Die Vermieterin Cristina ist darum sehr bemüht. Sie kümmert sich auch um diese Wohnung. In der Hochsaison gibt es viel Auto und Bus -Verkehr vor der Anlage. Darauf muß man gefasst sein. Trotzdem ist die Lage optimal, weil ein Spaziergang zum Leuchtturm hoch über dem Meer morgens oder abends für alles entschädigt. Praia do Centianes ist in 5 min erreicht, ohne Auto. Die gegenüber liegende Anlage, Rocha Brava, hat einen kleinen Mercado, dort kann man Brötchen holen oder andere Dinge. Man benötigt an der Algarve zwar immer ein Leihwagen, aber hier kann man ihn auch mal für einen Tag stehen lassen. Vor der Anlage gibt es verschiedene Restaurants. Man muß sich nur entscheiden in welches man geht. Fazit : Optimal gelegen. Tip Top gepflegt. Super Pool. Straßenlage manchmal unangenehm.

Perfecto lugar para pasarlo con familia
Perfecta casa/apartamento para disfrutarla en familia. La ubicación, descripción y detalles con muy precisos, y todo muy limpio. Atendida por su dueña Cristina, que es muy amable y nos atendió de maravilla. Esta en una zona muy tranquila, pero muy cerca del centro de la ciudad, donde hay tiendas y restaurantes para aburrir. Si podemos, volveremos.
