Beautiful decor! Always wanted a crystal chandelier and now I know how great they look with rustic! Comfortable beds and living space for our family reunion event. Very enjoyable stay!

Nice home within 1.5 hours of Coulee dam, Leavenworth, Spokane
The house had plenty of room. Not a lot of dishes or pots and pans so would recomend bringing your own pans and paper/plasticware. The town of Moses Lake was nice, but the lake itself had very little public access and the few swimming spots were pretty crowded. The home is very close (5-10 minute walk) to a little boat ramp but there is no swim access there. However, about an hour north is Banks Lake which is huge, beautiful, and a great day trip with plenty of swim access.
The blow up slide/pool for the kids was a blast and the backyard is big. Overall, it was a great place to relax with family and still close enough for fun. Oh yeah, the Surf and Slide waterpark 10 minutes away is also very fun and worth the visit!
Aimee was a spectacular host! We booked months in advance and Aimee was communicative before, during and after our stay.
Before, we had questions about accommodations for our newborn. The house didn't have any specific for babies but Aimee offered to assist with finding options. We declined as we believe parents should be responsible for their own unique accommodations if it isn't already included in a listing but we certainly appreciated the offer to help.
During, Aimee checked in with us and let us know we could check in early as her cleaners finished their work early. The AC was ready for us and the house was comfortable in the Summer heat. Everything was well-decorated and we had almost all the tools needed in the kitchen minus some cooking tongs.
After, we had made the mistake of leaving the extra charger for our baby monitor. Although we could have lived without it, Aimee was sure to let us know and offered to send it via mail to us. She truly understood how even the little things can help out first-time parents.
Suffice to say, Aimee went above and beyond in ensuring that our stay was on-time, warm, and welcome. We will definitely be looking to stay in Aimee's home again should we come back for another event!
Thank you again, Aimee!
Communication with owner about check in check out process was lacking. However the house was beautiful and super spacious with a GREAT yard not to mention the location to nearby water spots was 10/10. Being that we used this to gather for a family members wedding the kitchen could use some work as cooking and cleaning was a hassle with the little equipment provided. We were also told that this was not a pet friendly property but we found pet dander almost everywhere which made it hard for family with pet allergies to stay in the home. Overall after I would stay here again but only because we would have a better idea of what to bring and what to expect.
This property was the perfect hub for my family and friends while visiting Washington being within 30mins - 1hr 30mins from locations like Leavenworth, Spokane & of course the Gorge Amphitheater. The property was in walking distance to the lake & a short drive to the towns amenities. Communication with Aimee was great and easy if we needed anything else for the property. Would stay again when I find myself back up there.
The house was big and clean. Aimee was easy to get ahold of if needed and very friendly. Home is in a great neighborhood. GPS is a little bit confusing house # doesn't match GPS. But all in all everything was smooth and great

A good time in a funky house
Communication was quick but always needed a prompt. We were not given check-in protocol until I asked for it the day of check-in.
The house is listed as sleeping 14 but only has beds for 11. We made it work with our group because of all of the couches, but we were expecting beds per the listing.
There were only 10 dinner plates and a few mugs, not enough for our whole group. We supplemented with paper plates, and there was enough silverware so we were able to make that work as well.
There were long dark hairs all throughout the house, which I get because I also have long dark hair that is everywhere but I paid a cleaning fee.
Parking was great, the whole garage was open and the driveway fits 6 cars, and plenty of street parking. The neighborhood was quiet and it was easy to find.
The park down the street from the house had murky water and wasn't a great vibe, but the state park across the bridge was great!
Overall it worked for our reunion, and there were a few details that could have been tweaked to make our stay stellar.
Big house for lots of people with lots of floor space and a big back yard with a small grill. Perfect for a trip to the gorge (30mins) or the lake with a launch site 5 mins away. 10 minutes from Downtown with lots of restaurants and essential shopping. Highly recommend Aimee's place!
