2 bdrm. 2 bath/Sleeps 6 A-15 Property Information: Large 2 bedroom 2 bath villa located a few steps from our private beach, and a short walk to the pool and clubhouse. Welcome to Casa Blanca A-15, an open and airy beach villa which has been newly-remodeled. It features a master bedroom with a comfortable king bed and beautiful new furniture. The master contains a renovated bathroom with a walk in shower. The second bedroom features two brand new double beds with new mattresses and a built-in dresser. There is a second newly remodeled bathroom with another spacious walk in shower. All the furniture in the living and dining areas is brand new, replaced in November 2019 featuring a queen-sized sleeper sofa with an upgraded mattress. The entire villa has been freshly painted with a new in-unit washer dryer and plantation shutters, completing the wonderful remodel. This villa has all the comforts of home. Come enjoy the world famous white sand and beautiful gulf waters of Crescent Beach! A-15 Amenities include: Brand new washer/dryer in the unit., Flat screen TV's in both bedrooms, new 55" HDTV in living area, Outdoor hot/cold shower, Free WIFI and long distance service to US/Canada. Best Week Ever!

The villa was clean, cheery and well appointed with everything we needed for the week. Having beach access was perfect and it was an easy walk to the restaurants and shops at Stickney Point.

Unit has been updated, nicely decorated, and kitchen is well stocked. Bonus points for having laundry in the unit. Very short walk to the beach and good mid-island location to access the Village and/or Stickney Point. Nice quiet community and no shared walls. Would recommend and will be back.

Extremely nice and clean

Overall our stay was very good. The property was very clean, updated and well maintained. The only issue was the TV in the living room as it would only work intermittently. It appeared to be a problem with the box. I discussed this matter with a lady at the front desk and got the impression that was the responsibility of the unit owner and not the onsite management staff. The day prior to departure the issue was discussed with an individual on the maintenance staff and he was extremely helpful although it was too late to correct the problem.

The property was just as listed. Very cutely decorated. Had all the essentials we needed. Nice having the beautiful beach so close! The pool was very nice, warm and clean. Will definitely stay here again.
