Heerlijk mooi huis van alles voorzien mooi zwembad tuin en uitzicht

Wij hebben enorm genoten van het mooie uitzicht, het zwembad en de rust. Het huis is een grote alleenstaande woning waar je heel ruim verblijft : uitgeruste keuken, grote nette woonkamer, 3 heel ruime slaapkamers met prima bedden, verzorgde badkamer... Heel veel ruimte buiten en een fantastisch gedeeld zwembad met de eigenaars. Er werd voldoende privacy voorzien als we zelf van het zwembad gebruik wilden maken De woning is gelegen in een rustige woonwijk, maar toch niet ver weg van bezienswaardigheden. Kortom een oase van rust om even uit te blazen, omringd door alle benodigdheden voor een geslaagde vakantie. Zeer attente en behulpzame eigenaars. Bij aankomst stond de airco al op. Echt een aanrader.

Völkerverständigung

Sehr sauberes und gut ausgestattetes Haus, die Bilder vermitteln sehr gut den Status quo. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist ideal für Ausflüge in die Bergdörfer des Luberon und zu den Lavendelfeldern auf der Hochebene des Vaucluse (ca. 30 Minuten). Auch Avignon, die Mittelmeerküste und die Schlucht von Verdon sind innerhalb von 1,5 Stunden gut zu erreichen. Die Vermieter wohnen gleich auf dem Nachbargrundstück und sind sehr herzlich und bemüht, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Allerdings sprechen sie ausschließlich französisch. Dies war unser erster Auslandsaufenthalt, wo wir mit unserem Schulenglisch überhaupt nicht weitergekommen sind. Die Kommunikation erfolgte ausschließlich über Google Übersetzer. Und hier sind wir auch bei den Punkten, welche uns nicht so gut gefallen haben. Der Pool befindet sich auf dem Grundstück der Vermieter. Er kann nach Absprache mitgenutzt werden. Mit der Sprachbarriere nicht so einfach und in der Hausbeschreibung wird dies auch mit keinem Wort erwähnt. Was ebenfalls in der Beschreibung mit keinem Wort erwähnt wird, ist die Tatsache, dass bei Schlüsselübergabe eine Kaution in Höhe von € 400 in bar fällig wird. Trotz allem haben wir unseren Aufenthalt genossen, schließlich sind wir nicht für einen Poolurlaub in die Provence gefahren und unsere € 400 haben wir bei Abreise auch wieder ausgezahlt bekommen.

In einer neueren Siedlung abseits des Dorfes

Sehr angenehmes renoviertes Haus, geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit allen Schikanen (Fernseher mit grossem Bildschirm und gutem Empfang, Elektroheizungen in allen Räumen, gut ausgestattete Küche und Garage für das Auto). Zugang zu Pool im Nebenhaus zu bestimmten Zeiten möglich. Wir wurden nett eingeführt, z.B. wurden uns Spazierwege und Restaurants sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten empfohlen.
