Great location! But it can be VERY loud at night!

This condo is in a prime location- you can park your car and walk to everything! The listing does state and warn you that it can be loud at night due to being next-door to a bar. But I will tell you that it’s no joke! It sounds like you are inside the bar at night! So if you are OK with loud music till one or 2 AM then you won’t mind staying here. Sunday because the bar wasn’t really open, it wasn’t a problem however on Tuesday because it was St. Patrick’s Day, the bar was hopping. We could open up our door and felt like we were in the middle of the bar. So if you’re there to party, you will definitely love this place. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was spacious and clean. My only request would be if they could put darker curtains up because the lights outside are bright! Overall we had a great stay!

Perfect for College Visit!

Perfect for our short stay to visit Auburn. Superb location, we walked everywhere. We were there on a Monday night, so the disclosed potential neighboring bar noise was not an issue for us. Really comfortable beds. I can’t recommend this VRBO enough! Honestly easier than a hotel and the two bedrooms made it great for parents and teens.

In the heart of it all!

This little place was perfect for our Thursday night stay! There was loud live music at the bar across the way but it stopped at 11pm (I had brought a box fan to drown out the noise). I loved the proximity to Auburn!

Football weekend

perfect college town experience!!

we absolutely loved our stay this weekend. the vrbo was easy access and great communication from the host. it was loud with the bars but we went in knowing it would be that way. would definitely recommend in the future.

Absolutely amazing time and had a blast seeing my husbands school and go down memory lane. And the location of this room we parked the car and that was it. everything with in walking distance. Can't wait to go back!

Great location…definitely be prepared for noise :)

The property was adorable and wonderfully located! And the description provided by the property manager was perfect in regards to the noise from the local bars. But since I knew that going in, it was still fine. I would recommend it and stay there again.

Great spot for Camp War Eagle

Just what we needed for two nights of Camp War Eagle for incoming freshmen. We were there on a Sunday and Monday night in the summer, so the bar noise was not a factor. Parking was great and beds were comfortable. Host was responsive.

Nice place

Nice place and great location but it’s right next door to a bar where they play loud music until 2am. We didn’t realize this until we showed up. Asked a question and never got a response. We’re able to figure it out on our own though. It was super clean but had VERY limited supplies.

Great location beware of mold

The air quality was less than par. The air filter was filthy and moldy. The floors were dirty, needed to wear shoes the whole time. Throw pillows were torn. Only provided 2 clothes hangers in a 2 bedroom apartment. On a positive note, the a/c worked great, the towels were nice and internet worked well.

It was a great location in downtown auburn. The only thing it lacked were certain utensils, measuring cups, a s silverware, but it worked for what we needed.

Pleasant Visit

Very centrally located in town so it was easy to walk anywhere. The unit makes great use of a smaller space. Property was very clean with plenty of towels and extra blankets. Instructions on how to check in were very detailed but I reached out to the host several times to see if I could check in a few hours early to put groceries in the fridge and never heard back. The kitchen was poorly equipped if you are planning on cooking and eating in the unit. Small assortment of pots (No frying pan), limited utensils (only 3 forks, no knives), only 1 cutting knife that was missing the tip, and no wine opener. Had already bought a bottle of wine so had to go out and buy an opener just to drink it! As you can tell by the pictures, there is no table so you need to sit at the sofa to eat. Worked out fine as there were only 2 or 3 people eating meals there but if you had 4 people it would have been difficult. Yes, the bars are loud but the description clearly states that and the noise machines worked beautifully.

Great location if you want to be part of the action

TLDR: If you want to be part of the action - and I do mean part of - then this is in an excellent spot and is a good base camp. Pros: Right in heart of downtown as in you can see inside the bar from the railing outside. Functional kitchen, comfortable beds, large streaming TV, responsive and polite host. Guaranteed parking spot right downtown. Cons: Noise if you don't want to be part of downtown. Host has all cap warning so heed that. Put it this way, Siri can identify songs while doors and windows are closed. We enjoyed the music which plays late. My wife with ear plugs and sound machines (provided) could sleep. I stay up late so went to bed after. Kitchen is functional but cramped. Careful with the beds as they are comfortable to sleep in but frames won't take much movement. Room is clean but does seem like it needs some maintenance. One couch that sits three is only seating in living room and doesn't face TV. Four tables in room so seems like they could swap something out and get a couple of chairs in there. It was an interesting stay and we were glad we experienced the downtown vibe, but when we come back we will likely look for something in the Tiger Suites area. We are in our 50's. :)

In the action Loud on a weeked

Right above the restaurants, bars and nightlife. Loud until 2am Great location but keep that in mind. Well furnished and stocked and nice alternative to hotel.
