Come and stay in my charming one-bedroom apartment located in a quiet condominium in Villeurbanne, near Place Ferrandière and Cours Tolstoy.
The apartment is fully equipped and has a beautiful terrace overlooking an interior garden.
You will have at your disposal a fully equipped kitchen (oven, hob, dishwasher...) with plenty of storage and worktops.
I also provide you with essential consumables (tea, coffee, salt, pepper, sugar, shower gel, shampoo...) as well as household and bath linen (1 towel/traveller).
The bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed (160x200)
The convertible sofa (sleeps 140x200) is equipped with a quality natural bamboo mattress topper to obtain the comfort of a real bed.
You will be less than 15 minutes on foot or 10 minutes by bus from the Part-Dieu station (Saint-Exupéry Airport connection).
Close to all amenities (bus stop C3 and 69 less than 5 min walk / many shops...)
