Manque de professionnalisme

Dans le descriptif de l’appartement il est mentionné qu’on va nous contacter 48 heures avs y notre arrivée. 24 heures avant l‘arrivée je n’avais rien reçu… J’ai écrit! Pas de retour. 12 heures avant mon arrivée, j’ai texté M afin d’avoir des nouvelles…Bref, il m’a transférer à son assistante pour me dire que l’appartement n’était pas disponible 😣😣😣 On m’a offert un appartement non acceptable. On a dit qu’ils vont me rembourser… cela a 6 heures de prendre mon avion pour Lyon!!!! Je fus rembourser. Mais ce double booking est INACCEPTABLE et fais preuve d’un manque de professionnalisme. Ne pas tenir compte de la propreté des lieux n’ayant pu y aller.
