The entrance for more flexibility and comfort is autonomous thanks to the key box but we will always be available if needed

We do not accept any party or nuisance of any kind for our dear neighborhood. The apartment is located in a very beautiful condominium and respect for the neighborhood is absolutely imperative

Parkside, Stylish Pied à Terre With a Few Drawbacks

Good points: *excellent location - near the beautiful park Tête d'Or and shops/restaurants and local recycling facilities. *surprisingly quiet at night, although this could just been because it is August? Lots of bars with outside seating nearby. *look of the flat - very modern and stylish *good amenities, including coffee pod machine/dish washer/ bath/washer/dryer/ and well-equipped kitchen. Modest welcome pack provided. Things to consider: *lack of air conditioning and / or blinds/curtains in main room an issue - by day, sun shone straight through and so nights were VERY hot and had to request fans - why were they not provided as Lyon has been 30 degrees for other a month! *main shower felt under par and not v clean (head blocked by limescale?) *some cutlery in drawer (eg. forks) not fully clean - are these checked? *make it clear on the booking website that owners will keep quite a lot of stuff (eg. 1/4 of the fridge, lots of things in cupboards) in the flat during your stay. This, combined with not-that-friendly notes about the need to keep noise to a minimum not great given the premium price. *fridge not really cool enough *no late check-out option, which with an evening flight and heavy bags and 35 degree heat was a shame. Overall, we enjoyed our experience and hope the points for consideration are taken in the constructive spirit in which they are intended. This has the potential to be an outstanding place to stay in central Lyon! Au revoir!
