Property was very accommodating. Extremely clean. Owners extremely friendly. Vrbo host Mark was very helpful and professional. The entire stay was way over our expectations. Can’t wait to rebook.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Caroline’s Cottage. The house is small but everything is laid out perfectly. All the neighbors are very kind and welcoming. Our favorite times were relaxing on the covered porch. While we could not park our car right in front of the house, there was almost always a place to park on the street. There was only one occasion that we had to park a few blocks away. The owners live nearby and were quick to address any concerns that I had (of which there was only two!).
Advertising a hot tub that hasn’t been here for years according to neighbor. Parking is an issue. Water pressure is low. Surrounded by a junkyard. Area needs to be cleaned up. The neighbors are nice and 1/2 block to Duval makes it convenient. But it still gets a low rating.
This property is well maintained, comfortable & in a great location, steps off upper Duval St. A quiet neighborhood, with many nice neighbors. The property manager responded quickly
to any questions or concerns. A very special KW home.
This is the most fabulous house. It is just off duval and short walk to all the best bars. It was extremely clean and had everything we could ask for. The neighbors are friendly and make you feel like local after 1 night. The chickens and cats complete the key west atmosphere. Already getting ready to book it next year!

About the host

I am a second-generation "conch". I have lived in this quaint island town my entire life. I invite you to stay and fall in love with Key West as I have.
Why they chose this property
This cottage has been passed on through the generations. My mother and even some of my siblings were born in this home. I feel blessed to be able to share this home with you.
What makes this property unique
You get to experience an old shotgun-style, old-time, cottage that has been modernized and yet has been able to preserve the style which is greatly significant to Key West's history. This cottage and neighborhood will make you feel at home and just like a neighbor.
