This historic craftsman house has just been updated with a brand new gourmet kitchen (wolf range) that opens to large dining room and living room deck. The views are amazing as the house sits on one of the best beaches in Santa Cruz, Seabright Beach. The classic and stylish house has been remodeled with modern amenities and provides deluxe atmosphere unmatched by most other vacation rentals.

Built in 1928, the 2-story house sits on a corner lot with 3000 square feet of living space. The house has a detached 2-car garage, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen with white statutorio marble counter tops and stainless steel appliances, hot tub, basement with pool/ping pong table, separate TV room with 85" HDTV, large living room and dining room with expansive beach views.

Master bedroom on second floor has an incredible view of the beach/pier and brand new deck. Kids room has a cal king bed with twin loft with stairs that lead up to an attic where they can hang out and watch the waves at pleasure point or slide down the fire pole!

You are just a few steps from the beach and a few minutes by foot from the Santa Cruz boardwalk and pier.

Amazing Place!

We had the most wonderful stay at Vistamar with our children and grandkids! The house is beyond beautiful, and kept up so nice. We were very impressed. Can’t wait to go back again!

Best Christmas Ever

Ten of us from two families had the best Christmas in this wonderful home next to Seabright Beach. Some of us had stayed here a few years ago and were very happy with our visit then. The remodel took it to the next level. The new kitchen and other improvements were very well designed and implemented. Everything is professionally maintained, well stocked, and done with style. Combined with the sounds of the crashing surf and the warmth of the hot tub, life’s stresses melt away. Worth every penny!

Best location and most beautiful house at Seabright Beach

I would highly recommend this beautiful home. The views are just breathtaking and location is literally on the beach! I have never stayed at a nicer vacation rental. All the amenities you could want.

One of those homes you dream about buying one day

We had the most lovely time in this house. 9 of us in total and there was more than enough space for us all to spread out. We never left the house other than to visit the beach. The kitchen was ready to cook for a crowd. We BBQ’d, snuggled up for movies and talked about how we wished we lived there. Our host was so accommodating and her communication was 12/10. We will most definitely return to make more memories.

The best house on the best beach got even better

If you are going to Santa Cruz, Seabright Beach is the best - a great vibe and easy access to everything. No place else can you wake up to the sea lions, walk to the harbor, lunch on the pier, and enjoy the Boardwalk - all in the same day without taking your car out of the garage. If you are going to Seabright Beach, this is the best house period. We have rented four different homes in Seabright over the years, three multiple times (including here) and they are all great in their own way. But Gabriela's house is GREAT.

Best time ever as you know Gabrielle this house has meant so much to our family for the many vacations we’ve had there. It felt like home walking into the house such a wonderful feeling and feeling all of the memories of the past. Great Location Great House

Perfect Home to Celebrate our 50th Anniversary

This home has Everything we wanted and delivered above our expectations. Gabriela was so responsive and easy to communicate with. Large rooms , Large kitchen and steps to the beach and the lower level from the gaming basement that leads to a third patio with the hot tub easily access for parking. Thank you Gabriela, this was the Beach I met my husband on when we were 14 years old, now bringing 3 generations to this Home on OUR Beach made our 50th Anniversary perfect. Family wants to come back every year now to your Amazing Home.

The property at Seabright Beach was spectacular!

Our family enjoys an annual rental and this was a perfect location and home to accommodate our family needs. Peaceful place with lots of room for everyone. Gorgeous views and expansive home with comfortable beach themed decor. Gabriella was always available responding to questions! Our family loved just hanging at the house with every imaginable activity available for the various age ranges. We especially enjoyed the hot tub, was cleaned every two days and the game room top notch. Various bikes and beach toys and chairs readily available. We would definitely rent this property again!!

"Best place we ever stayed!"

That is a quote from one of our grandchildren, whom we have hosted for 17 years at "Camp Grampies". Most of them are grown now, but the tradition lives on. They love the beach, surfing, volleyball, shopping, especially in surf shops, and being together. This property was perfect for all that and more. We had a wonderful time, and kept discovering new things in the house, like lots of games to play, the fire pole, the outdoor bathroom, plus the fire rings on the beach were perfect for s'mores. A fabulous place!
