Recently remodeled cottage in Geneva-On-The-Lake! This cottage renovation was intended for guests to feel like this is their home away from home.
This two bedroom home has air-conditioning available in the summer months. One bedroom has a Queen size bed, and the other bedroom has two twin beds. The living area has a sofa sleeper that can comfortably accommodate two more guests. Washer and dryer available, and a fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, dishes and utensils.

St. Patty’s day weekend

My husband and I , along with 2 other couple stayed here during a weekend getaway. It was perfect. The cottage was very cozy , plenty of space and very clean. Easy communication. Great location! Walking distance to everthing.

We had a great stay. Anthony was easy to work with and the property was true to the listing. Property was clean and had everything we needed for a busy weekend. We were in town for a swim meet at the Spire. It was a quick and easy commute to the pool.

Perfect Little Oasis Just Steps from the GOTL Action!

The location couldn’t be better: close enough to enjoy the lively atmosphere of the area but tucked away enough to feel like your own private hideaway. The house was spotless and well-stocked with everything we needed. The décor was warm and inviting, making it feel like home from the moment we walked in. We especially appreciated the outdoor space—a perfect spot for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine after a day of exploring. The hosts were incredibly responsive and thoughtful, ensuring our stay was smooth and enjoyable. Great place to stay

The place was clean, well supplied. It was close to the wineries. We went downtown Geneva on the lake and had a great time. Check-in process was very easy. I have stayed in a lot of vacation homes, this one rates right up in the top five.

We had a great stay! Great space, very clean, very well stocked, and nice little touches around the place. Anthony was a wonderful host and quickly responded to all my questions and kept us well informed about check in and check out. Close walk to the strip and nice and peaceful around the house. We will definitely book again. We highly recommend staying here!!

This was our 2nd stay at the Little Oasis. It was the perfect location for our return home to Ashtabula for our annual family reunion. The cottage was very cozy and clean. And the communication between the Property Manager was very professional and prompt.

Super convenient location to visit area wineries and finish our day on the strip! House was super clean and enjoying the fire pit was a bonus. Easy check in/out process. Will definately book again.

Home away from home.

Clean and well stocked with everything you need. Only complaint was the comfort level of the twin beds. Very hard and difficult to get comfortable on. We did enjoy the property though and would recommend to others.

this is a great cottage in a neighborhood where my granddaughter and i feel very safe. it is also close to the strip. bonus is that the cottage has a washer and dryer, not need to take Geneva sand home!!!

Exactly what was needed, and some

This cabin fit 5 adults comfortably for a night when we were set to go on a walleye fishing trip the next early morning. It was perfectly located so we could walk around the tourist strip of Geneva on the Lake the afternoon before. Very clean, affordable and the communication from the property owner made everything a breeze. Highly recommend.
