Spring break family trip

Our family came down for the weekend at the end of our spring break. It was also my oldest son’s 18 th birthday! He was hoping to go out deep sea fishing but it was double red flag all weekend. He did get to go out in the bay for a bit. Cynthia was above and beyond a great host. She was in constant communication and made sure we were happy all weekend! I will definitely stay with her again! Thank you for everything!!

Birthday Stay

Short trip for my B-Day but I couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful view or accommodations. It was everything and then some. We LOVED it and will definitely be back. The owner, Ms. Cynthia, was a dream to work with too

Beautiful condo with great location

The condo was exactly as pictured and perfectly curated for an easy beach vacation! Cynthia is an amazing host and makes your stay a breeze. The location to restaurants and Pier Park were perfect for us. We enjoy walking and only moved the car twice to go shop. Already planning when we can go back and stay there again!

Clean room with a great view

Cynthia couldn't have been better to work with. The condo was as promised and the view of the ocean couldn't have been better. The premises was a little tired but the condo itself was great. The location was good too within walking distance to the pier shops and a lot of good restaurants. We will be back.

Anniversary Trip

This is our 4th year of coming to PCB for Anniversary and our second year in a row of staying here, our stay was Awesome. Cynthia is an excellent host!! Always prompt to answer any questions and provide help with knowledge of the area. When we were researching places to stay this year my wife saw the tall back chairs on the deck and said isnt that the place we stayed last year and had me book it again on the spot. This is the best place my wife and I have stayed in Panama City Beach, can’t wait to come back again next year.

This condo was absolutely beautiful, with great location and was everything and more we could have asked for. Property manager was very helpful with food recommendations, and she was great with communication from the start of the finish through our last day. Would definitely recommend this property.

The condo was beautiful! I loved being so close to the water The pools were very nice Having chairs already for the beach day was fantastic. Very considerate. The host was very caring and helpful in every way I absolutely loved my stay and can’t wait to come back.

Amazing views and location. Very clean!!!

Space was perfect for us. The bed was sooooo soft! One of the cleanest spaces I've rented. You really never had to drive as lots of restaurants within walking distance. Best part was having the chairs and umbrella and not having to lug anything except our sunscreen, drinks and snacks! Highly recommend. Will come again!

Home away from Home!

Everything about this experience was wonderful! This condo is super clean, comfortable, and literally feels like home. I’ve never stayed in any vacation rental that had the amenities available as this one. From the fully stocked kitchen, to the ample amount of linens, or from the free beach chairs, to the provided beach towels; we were never inconvenienced in the slightest. Cynthia’s communication and guidance were extremely helpful in navigating the condo and just overall what to expect. We look forward to the day we can come back really soon. Don’t hesitate to book. You want regret it!

Wonderful Memories

We had a girls trip with me, my daughter, grand daughter & her friend. Our CA girls had never been to southeastern USA. They had a blast!! So much to do & condo centrally located for restaurants, shopping, pool time & ocean. Condo was well equipped, BEAUTIFUL view & awesome manager, Cynthia. Wonderful location

We really enjoyed our stay! The owner is very helpful and keeps in touch. The bed was way too soft for me but that’s a personal preference. The decor was very nice and the place is super clean. The view from the balcony is out of this world! The only complaint is that the parking was pretty full and it’s kind of a maze to get to your room from the garage. I would definitely stay here again

A great get away!

We were looking for a quite, and convenient, well maintained condo and this place did not disappoint! It was a well stocked, very clean, updated, beautiful condo located away from the elevators and high traffic. We had 2 seafood restaurants within a 5 -10 minute walk and right on the beach. A pizza restaurant was also right across the road. We never had to drive the car all week. It was great! Cynthia was great to work with and quick to answer any questions or concerns. We will definitely be back!

Helpful Owner

I cannot say enough about how helpful Cynthia is. We have stayed at 3 of her properties. She is always responsive when you text, email or call about reservations. We had to change our prepaid reservations when our contractor did not finish work on our home in the allotted time. She helped us keep a two week stay by switching us to an open slot at another location after the first week. In addition to rental service, she is ready with answers to the typical and not so typical traveler’s questions: Where are good restaurants?” “Did my husband leave his cane?,” “What do I do now that the Celadon (another property) parking pass link has frozen? You will find her properties clean and well appointed. Don’t hesitate to book at any of them.
