Fully decorated for Christmas!This brand new fully updated listing is a calming bohemian inspired oasis on the ground floor that is conveniently equipped with large flat parking spaces just steps away from the front door! There are two OVERSIZED bedrooms with cozy king beds and HUGE walk in closets (plenty of room for a pack n play which has been provided). There is also a very comfortable queen size pull out sofa sleeper for extra sleeping arrangements. Walk out to your fully screened in porch while you enjoy your coffee and view of the Ozark Mountains! Ready to step outside and enjoy what the resort has to offer?!? The following resort amenities are LITERALLY within WALKING DISTANCE inside the Pointe Royale Golf Resort: The Clubhouse/Pro Shop, 1st Tee Box (hello golfers!) Indoor Pool, Outdoor Pool, Outdoor Hot Tub, Fitness Center, Basketball Courts, Tennis Courts, On-Site Restaurant, Dog Park, One of the children's playgrounds, annnnnd the gorgeous flowing Lake Taneycomo (who is ready for some fishing?!)!!

Continue on 4 more minutes and you are at Silver Dollar City!!! Take a right out of the complex and you are within 30 seconds of a supersized convenience store named the "Pantry" for ANY vacation needs you may have (plenty of adult beverage options!). Continue on 5 more minutes and you are at THE BRANSON STRIP!!! There are just too many amazing details to even list here! First Family Vacation

Our family loves the amenities and proximity to activities. It was as relaxing of a trip you can have with a 3 and 4 year old :) We were all very comfortable. We would love to visit one of your properties again.

The way it should be

Finally, a Vrbo experience where someone has figured out how to excel in all categories. This home is extremely welcoming and well equipped! I do not know that I have ever been in a cleaner Vrbo. The community is very nice and having an indoor pool during the winter was just absolutely wonderful for the kids.

We were so impressed with the condo. It had everything that we needed and even a complimentary bottle of wine. The screened in patio was perfect for our morning coffee and to enjoy the perfect weather. Will definitely come back !

Awesome condo!

Your condo is gorgeous and spacious.The handicap parking spot was right in front. A few suggestions: add a wall clock in the living room, add grab bars in the tub areas of both bathrooms (to make it truly handicap accessible). Thank you! We will definitely be back.

Home away from home

This condo was the most accommodating and comfortable rental I’ve stayed at. The owners provide literally anything you could need from miscellaneous kitchen gadgets to toiletries and all toddler needs you could think of. Highly recommend this property.

Famoly spring break

This home was amazing!! It was in a gated community, with great onsite amenities. The home was extremly well equipped, with everything you can think of for a family with young children. The owner has truly thought of everything, from new toothbrushes, to mini shampoos, pac n play, high chair to football and tennis rackets, you will need for mothing. Communication and accommodation was outstanding, home was impeccable. We will most definitely be back and you could not go wrong booking this accommodation.

Just perfect!!

The best condo it literally has everything you need. We loved it so much and the host was absolutely amazing. All the touches from decor to providing essentials toys can’t rave enough on this place. Cozy and relaxing!

The condo is located in a great gated area pretty close to every attraction! It was very well decorated, it felt so cozy and we were very comfortable. The kitchen was pretty stocked with spices some coffee, creamer/sugar. I know thats not expected at most places so it was nice that they had some! The owner was very nice and pretty quick to respond if anything was needed. My husband and I are already discussing on coming back to branson and hopefully be able to reserve this condo again!

Phenomenal Condo

This unit was absolutely perfect for our family vacation in Branson. My husband and I took our two children and my parents for three nights. We vacation often and this condo was one of the most well equipped, cleanest and nicest stays we’ve ever had. I would definitely return to this unit. The location is perfect for all of the Branson attractions. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious. The unit was in a great location within the resort complex. Just a short distance to the playground and lake as well as the pool clubhouse and outdoor activities. The condo also came with all of the equipment you might need to play basketball or pickle ball or tennis . The owners thought of everything including your shampoo and conditioner, coffee, detergent, etc. The owners also communicated really well with us and we’re very quick to respond to any questions we had. Some recommendations that were within a 45 minute driving distance of this condo would be Dogwood Canyon, which was absolutely gorgeous and our family declared it the eighth wonder of the world. I would also highly recommend the sight and sound theater. The show was phenomenal and the set was breathtaking. Some of the best food that we ate was at the college of the Ozarks in the Keeter dining center as well as Danna’s barbecue. We also had a great time riding the Branson coaster and attending the Dolly stampede. You’re going to have a great trip and this condo will truly make it exceptional.

Wonderful Condo

This condo was amazing for our family. The gated community is beautiful and quiet. This condo is ground floor which was a plus for us. The playground and pool are both a short walk. The pool was huge and the splash pad was an added bonus. The house was so clean and decorated beautifully. The drive to downtown Branson was about 10 minutes. We will definitely recommend this property to family and friends and will stay here again in the future.

Relaxing stay in beautiful condo

Communication with the property owner was excellent. The condo had many supplies that are typically not included. Some of these include things like; shampoo, toothbrushes, laundry/dish soap, coffee pods, paper towels, trash bags, etc, etc. The condo was very clean and decorated very nicely. Signage (switch plates, procedures, phone numbers) throughout the condo is very helpful. The Pointe Royale property is very well maintained. We used the indoor pool and that was very nice. The condo is a short walk to Lake Taneycomo. Great condo and property.

Great place for our young family!

Hubby and I traveled to Branson MO for the first time with our 3 kids - age 6, 4 & 2.5 - and this place was PERFECT. The Damrells really thought of everything from extra linens, to a few kids toys and games and they were always sure to quickly respond to any requests/questions we had! Great location, very clean, and everything as pictured/described. The indoor pool was warm and quiet and the neighborhood was peaceful. Some of the attractions we took in were as follows: talking cave tour, butterfly palace, Dogwood Canyon, Dolly's stampeded. This property was within a15-30 min drive to each, with the exception of Dogwood being about a 45 min drive. I highly recommend this property and these sights to anyone looking to see Branson for the first time!
