About this property

This beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located in Grand Coral's gorgeous Mareazul resort property. The modern decor welcomes you to an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living/family room with a Smart television. We have 24 hour security. Our condo is on the ground floor; it opens to a large terrace with a private wading pool. We have luscious zen gardens facing us and the extra large swimming pool steps away. There are two pool restaurant/bars that are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner; a kid's playground is also close by. The swimming pool area is surrounded by gardens and at the end of the pool is the beach with chairs and umbrellas; a short walk to the beach club house. A convenience store is available by the lobby. Mareazul resort has a golf course, club house, incredible gym and spa. It is family oriented and offers wonderful views of the Caribbean and gardens; with the convenience of being close to Playa's famous 5th Avenue.

Throughout the years my family and I have enjoyed visiting Mareazul for all that it has to offer: Relaxation and enjoyment for everyone. I love hearing from my guests and knowing that they have also fallen in love with Mareazul makes me happy.

Why they chose this property

Mareazul has beautiful gardens to enjoy throughout the resort. The sparkling swimming pool is so large that there is room for everyone to enjoy! Small kids can play on the playground set and all meals are conveniently available at the 2 pool restaurants. The condo is quiet and offers relaxation on its deck where the family can enjoy time by the private pool and jacuzzi. When ready to go out, Playa's Fifth Avenue is close and offers many restaurants, bars, and shops.

What makes this property unique

Our condo is a place to relax, enjoy the gardens and privacy in a gorgeous resort type setting. We love our terrace and that we are only a short walk from the beach and other amenities. We spend afternoons on the hammocks...and are only minutes away from downtown Playa!
