Have you dreamed of a vacation on the beach where you could hear the waves crashing on the beach and smell the fresh air. This Studio Condominium is a small cozy unit located in the Islander Beach Resort Condominium Complex on Okaloosa Island, Fort Walton Beach, Florida. The condo is owner managed and is the lowest priced gulf front condo in the area! Not only is it the lowest priced, it has the best views of any condo on the island! NO PETS

From the condo, hear the waves crashing on the shore and enjoy an unobstructed view of the Gulf and white sandy beaches. This condo is the LOWEST PRICED GULF FRONT CONDOMINIUM or hotel located ON THE BEACH on OKALOOSA ISLAND and the DESTIN BEACH area. Also included, is a huge heated pool.

The unit has the same cooking capabilities you would find in a larger unit with a separate kitchen. It has a full size refrigerator /freezer with ice maker, one burner cook top, convection microwave oven, dishwasher, sink with disposal, dishes, toaster, regular coffee pot AND Keurig Coffee Pot, pots/pans, and other cooking accessories. When the weather is warm, enjoy eating outside on the balcony. If you are looking for an affordable and beautiful getaway, look no further!

Life is better at the Beach

We have stay at this property several times and it always a great time. This time our visit was a little different than our normal . This visit was more of a relax/healing for my wife and this is the place she wanted to be and it was a success. Thank you Emma and I’m sure we’ll be in contact soon for the next trip!

Nice location to the beach, chairs provided and were set up each day which was great. Pool heater broke and wasn’t replaced while we were there and it was cooler weather so never used the pool. Definitely would go back.

The view was amazing. The room was small but nice. Only complaints were there was only 1 partial roll of toilet paper, fortunately we brought some. The couch was also not very comfortable. Overall a very nice place and we had a great time.

This studio condo was perfect for our couples getaway for the week. Condo is super nice and clean.

Condo was super nice and clean and had all the amenities you would need for a stay. Communication with condo owner was easy and she sent an email with all instructions on location, parking pass, and was available if any problems came up. We had an excellent stay and would definitely book this condo with this owner again!

Lovely condo

We love staying at the Islander Resort. Always great places and this place was great as well. Good communication and response time. The place was perfect for just the two of us. And you can’t beat the view!
