The park shore resort unit we stayed in was clean and had everything you need. Our favorite was the lanai and the view. We would definitely stay again .
The property was very nice with a pool, a nice boardwalk, gas grills and tables to enjoy eating outside … The area around had a great many restaurants and places to go and was walking distance to a hop on/hop off sightseeing trolley that took you anywhere that you wanted to go
The property location meant that we dealt with a fair amount of noise, including demolition of concrete, which began shortly after 7 a.m. offsite (not on resort), leaf blowing/shrub trimming on property (before 8 a.m.— one day, on the resort), and constant hum from exhaust fan of restaurant while sitting on the lanai. While all of this is beyond the owner’s control, we would return to the resort only if we could stay at a location where we would be less likely to be exposed to such noise.
This is a great place for 2 seniors who like pickleball! Courts are on the property. This unit did not have washer or dryer but there is a guest laundry back by the pickleball/tennis courts.
We had five days at Park Shore. Generally excellent - good value for Naples, clean and spacious apartment, good restaurant, pool, sports facilities on site. Good location, well away from downtown Naples but plenty to do in the immediate area and a short drive to the old centre which is beautiful.

Nice location nice property
When I went to check in it took 30 minutes to finally agree that I had prepaid for the property, horrible experience
Perfect layout for my family of 4. Awesome pond with turtles, fish, woodpeckers, ducks, and lizards! Huge pool with 6 foot+ deep end and a restaurant/bar that made the perfect pool side cocktails! Wonderful owner who communicated well and was available to answer questions and provide great restaurant suggestions.
Restaurant, pool, pickleball and tennis courts located on grounds with beautiful walking trail woven throughout! Residence was clean, had a beautiful view, and roomy! Elevator to our 4th floor was a huge blessing! Will definitely rent again! Loved so much may look into purchasing a unit ourselves!
Repeatedly asked for pictures when owner was willing to cut price in 1/2, but never received. When we arrived the entire front of the condo had plastic sheet covering the entire view and the lanai was not accessible. Had to call VRBO who helped us get a full refund but still without a place to stay and no way to book another property same day. A nightmare!
We stayed at Park Shores for 4 days. Our check- in was a bit confusing. But we were accommodated quickly to rectify the mix-up. The property itself, I would not consider close to the beach. It was a twenty -thirty minute walk to the beach.
I'd would recommend our condo owner to supply guests with at least a few bars of soap, extra toilet paper and more bath and hand towels in the bathrooms. Guests don't want to go shopping for necessities.
All and all we had a great time. Naples is beautiful.
We definitely would return to Park Shores.
We loved the pool and we enjoyed the pickleball courts. The unit was clean, but could use some updating. Nice location, a few short miles to the beach.
The unit lacked a few things like: ice, corkscrew for wine, pens, dish soap, very little tp for an 8 day stay with 2 bathrooms. The biggest lack was the towels...4 bath towels 2 hand towels and 2 wash clothes for 3 people for 8 days and no washer and dryer in the unit. (we even called the owner to get more, who said they would have more brought over, but never received any.) I own a vacation rental and we have an entire closet full of towels!
The creaky elevator gave out the last two days of our stay. Inconvenient, when you're on the fourth floor between the elevator and the stairs with food and clothes for several days.
We knew ahead of time the owners have pets and that was no problem. However, I dropped something in the MB and looked under the bed. The fur under the bed was as thick, as a rug!
Initially, I couldn't find the DVD player in the living room because it was shoved so far behind the TV. No basic use instructions for the DVD player to TV setup! I'm quite savvy with electronics but never got it to work. The TV in the MB had an off-brand remote that didn't work on all functions. The DVD remote wouldn't work and I finally realized it was missing one battery. At times the parking was almost nonexistent, and we had to walk some distance to get to the elevator or stairs. We have grandsons in Naples, so we may stay at the property again but not this particular rental.
When we arrived to check in the people at the front desk were helpful and friendly. The condo was very nice and clean. We loved that there was a king size bed in the master bedroom. We also liked that it was on the 4th floor. The screened porch was so nice and the view was pretty too. The location of the condo in the complex was also so convenient to going to the gym and the pool. And we so enjoyed the restaurant Hogfish Harry’s in the complex right by the pool. Excellent food and atmosphere! The communication with the owner was superb and she was so friendly and accommodating! We would definitely stay here again.
This is our third time to stay at Park Shore Resort. We love the beautiful atmosphere. This condo is nice and comfy with a private 4th floor view of the resort. The location is close to everything. You can walk to dining and the grocery store.
Linda was such a pleasure to work with. She is very responsive and accomodating.
We really enjoyed our stay here. Condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Has a lovely area to walk around and see the turtles and ducks. Communication with the owner was easy and fast. Would highly recommend!
