About this property
Great house for young family - near Waneka Lake and Rockies
This lovely house accommodates our family of 5 children aged 2, 5, 7, 10 and 12. It is warm and woody, reminiscent of the French style. The house is particularly well designed for welcoming a family.
The backyard is spacious with a large play structure (swing, tower, slide and picnic table) and a smaller one for younger children. We also have soccer goalies and a vegetable garden in the backyard. There are 7 bikes available of all sizes (adults and children). We have 5 chickens that will give you delicious eggs. All they need is a bit of food and water.
We do not have cable TV. There is a TV in one of the bedrooms upstairs and a home theater in the basement. Both have access to streaming (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, ...). Our family is French-American so you will find many references to France and many things in French (including children books).
