At Marseillan Plage, in a gated residence, holiday home with a beautiful terrace.
On the ground floor: living room with equipped kitchen: ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, mini-oven, coffee maker, dishwasher.... WC with washing machine. Sofa bed, TV, air conditioning.
On the first floor, air conditioning on the landing, and 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed. One of the bedrooms has a TV.
Bathroom: shower, sink, toilet.
Large terrace with garden furniture and awning.
One parking space in the residence gated by an electric gate.
Pets not allowed.
Possibility of Internet connection (extra charge).
