We LOVE Breckenridge and have spent many summers and winters enjoying all the wonderful activities it has to offer. Unlike hotels and management companies who often employ seasonal workers that are not as familiar with the town, with us you will receive a virtual packet with suggestions for activities, money saving discounts, restaurants and more....all from experienced owners. We have owned and rented for 20 years.
Additionally, keep in mind there is a wide disparity among different units in terms of quality, upkeep and views. Why pay the same price for a view of another building when you can have the best there is to offer? When renting from hotels and management companies you will not know what kind of unit you are receiving even if you put in a special request. You can relax knowing that you will be staying in an upscale property with the best view in the Village and the best location in town.
We have partnered with a local management company in case of emergencies and they are available 24/7.
CONDO DESCRIPTION:
This 1,200 sq. ft. luxurious penthouse condo has recently been renovated in an elegant mountain lodge style. Beautiful stone gas fireplace, alder wood crown molding, and spectacular views of the mountains from this 7th floor corner unit, makes this an ideal place to relax after a hard day of exploring. Open and bright, the condo receives plenty of sun throughout the day.
Enjoy our spacious, oversized balcony with unobstructed views of all the ski peaks, runs, Mt. Baldy, Maggie Pond and Blue River. From the balcony table for 4, you can watch the sunset after a long day of activity. Condo faces Southwest.
This is a true Ski In/Ski Out property during winter at the Base of Peak 9 and the Quick Silver Chairlift. Walking distance of 1 block to Main St with restaurants, grocery stores shopping and entertainment all accessible.
Arrival:
Self Check In with the digital Village at Breckenridge App. No need to stop at any management companies to pick up keys.
Entry:
There are custom built ski racks in our entry but recommend you take advantage of the free ski drop off. As our guests you have access to complimentary ski/snowboard storage at Christy's Sports by Quick Silver Chairlift.

Master Bedroom:
Beautiful pine log bed made by a local Breckenridge woodsman. King size with a brand new mattress. Master bedroom has sliding door access to the balcony. Flat 40” screen smart HDTV.
Master Bath: Gorgeous tile and stone work, stand up shower with oil-rubbed bronze fixtures and seamless shower door.
Guest Bedroom:
King size bed and 40 inch HD flat screen smart TV.
Plenty of room and storage space with attaching bath and shower.
Guest Bath: Includes tile and stone work, oil-rubbed bronze fixtures and a shower/bath combined.
Kitchen: Fully stocked kitchen, stainless steel fridge and granite counter tops. We have three chefs in our family and love to cook. Whatever utensil or appliance you need, chances are we have it! This includes a French coffee press, Keurig (starter capsules provided) coffee maker, crock pot, blender, panini maker, muffin tin and bundt pan.
* We do not leave food or guarantee storage supplies (foil, saran wrap). Please make sure you bring these if needed.
Entertainment:
Enjoy watching a DVD in the privacy of either bedroom or as a group in the living room on the 40" HDTV flat screen. Board games for all ages that you are welcome to use.
Sled is provided for outside entertainment.

PARKING Reservations are REQUIRED and since 99% of guests arrive with a car it will automatically be added to your total.
Let me know WHEN REQUESTING TO BOOK if you will NOT need parking and I will adjust the price. Space is limited and can reach capacity so reservations are essential.

Alternative Off Property Parking:
Unload for 30 minutes free at the “cold” entrance of the garage. Enter license plate to parking machine. Then proceed to one of the two overnight lots in town

Once at the condo, unless you are driving somewhere for a specific activity, you will not have to worry about driving into town and finding parking. Everything is WALKING DISTANCE. In less than 5 minutes from leaving the unit you will be on Main Street and have access to the many shops, restaurants and entertainment.
Free Shuttle
If you do not bring a car, our condo is on the Town of Breckenridge free shuttle route for easy access around town and beyond. Otherwise, most everything you immediately need is within walking distance.
Washer/Dryer:
There are washers and dryers on every floor and operated through an app and linked to your credit card. No coins needed.
Elevator: There is 1 elevator in our building. In the unlikely event it is does not work please know we are on the 7th floor and climbing the stairs will be necessary.
Luggage Storage
Available in the garage and can be reserved through the Village at Breckenridge app.
Each high capacity unit is large enough for luggage and/or equipment.
If you would still like to ski after check out time you will still have access to the Health Club for showers, etc.

Any Additional Fees?
Housekeeping $199 (listed as “HOST FEE” on VRBO).
(There is no daily housekeeping. If you would like additional cleans during your stay, the cost is $105 for each clean requested). If your stay is over 7 nights, a midweek clean is required every 7 days at $105 and will be added to your account after you book so please keep this additional amount when booking.
Tax 12.275%
If you choose to book on a Third Party platform like VRBO they will add their own Service Fee in addition to ours and will show up as “HomeAway” on your credit card.

The resort Front Desk is only available for guests booking directly through them and cannot help you for issues. Please contact the management company we use or reach out to me for any questions and we’re happy to assist!
Activities:
Winter: Skiing, Nordic Center, snow shoeing, dog sledding, snowmobiling, horse drawn dinner sleigh rides, ice skating, snow tubing, sledding at Carter Park. Breckenridge Recreation Center for indoor rock climbing and many other activities.
Summer: Hiking, biking (bike trail along Blue River begins outside unit), horseback riding, swimming, sailing, kayaking, rafting (), tennis, Greg Norman designed golf course, museums & many other activities.
Seasonal Updates: (Dates subject to change)
Health Club (includes pool) closed the first week in May for maintenance.
The Peak 9 Inn will undergo new building facade and window replacement May-Aug 2025. While this is not our building there will be potential for some noise and construction equipment during this time on the property premises.
Peak 9 closes Quick Silver Lift mid to late April. After this date we will not be a ski in/out property however the remainder of the ski season Peak 7/8 remain open and will be accessible via free local bus or gondola. Quick Silver lift will reopen the week of Thanksgiving (date subject to ski conditions).
