TO HEAT the pool and/or jacuzzi(when available) $35.00 per day minimum 3 days. Exception only for 2 nights stay: $75.00. 13.5% tax will be applied.

BBQ $80.00 per stay - include one propane refill as needed (if you refill it by self, send us the receipt we will refund you).

Come stay in our charming townhome that features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms open kitchen concept, barbecue and a private pool.

Our home is very well located in Bella Vida Resort with short walking distance to the club house, where you will find community heated pool, gym, volley court, basketball and kids playground.

Ground Floor
The living room is open and spacious with a 3 seats sofa and loveseat to relax and enjoy the 50 inch TV. This area opens to the fully screened lanai and pool area. There are also a half bathroom on ground floor.

Dining table seats 6. If you feel like cooking the beautiful and fully kitchen appliances is ready for you. All of this is designed to be open and family ready.

Laundry room with Washing Machine, Dryer, Iron, Iron table and clothesline.

This family friendly home also offers free WIFI.

Nice townhome in a gated community

This was a cozy townhome in a gated community that is full of ammenities; pool(private and community), basketball courts, playgrounds, etc. Everything was as listed and pictured and the unit was nice and clean. My only complaint is that it seems to be a very tourist focused community. I was traveling for work and stayed here for a little over a month. Every week I had new neighbors and there were parties most nights that went into the wee hours of the morning. It's a perfect place for families to stay on vacation but if you are traveling for work, like me, I would suggest finding another place to stay.

A home away from home.

We had such a wonderful time during our stay while attending our daughter's volleyball tournament. Everything was clean, and we had no problems or concerns. Our youngest had a great time in the pool and we were happy that we could do something with her. We had plenty of space, and we all enjoyed our time there. Thank you for sharing your space with my family. We will definitely stay again.
