Newly Remodleled in 2023! Retreat to our waterfront home with spectacular 180 degree panoramic views and accommodations for up to 13 people.

Enjoy the fresh air and picturesque scenery from three expansive decks. Curl up in the large sunroom year round and enjoy breathtaking sunsets. Relax, lounge and grill out on the lower deck while riverboats and barges cruise by. Build a fire in the oversized firepit, kick back in the adirondak chairs and enjoy the quiet evenings on the lake. Very low light pollution out here so you can see all the stars and enjoy tranquility of nature. The home is located on a quiet circle which is great for walking or bike riding. You are only minutes away from Land Between the Lakes National Park and Lake Barkley State Park. Endless activities to access - 100+ miles of of hiking trails, Elk and Bison Prairie, hunting, fishing, planetarium and observatory, boat and kayak rentals, seasonal horseback riding. outstanding restaurants and shopping are close by in Cadiz,KY.

Dock access just steps away from the property for $100 flat fee during your stay. Dock is not on property so you are responsible for all damages. Water level varies seasonally.

This 3,450 square foot home features a fully equipped kitchen and lake views from most rooms. The main floor includes the kitchen, a half bath, master suite with jacuzzi tub and shower. Also, on the main level are living room, multiple dining areas, and a large sun room. Adjacent to the living room is an open air sun deck. Upstairs are two bedrooms and a full bath. The first bedroom has a queen bed; the second has two twin beds.

Gather the family in the basement TV room and relax in the comfy reclining couches. What a great place for a movie night or enjoying a game on the big screen. The downstairs level features a Twin XL over Queen Bunk bed, a Queen size Murphy cabinet bed and a Queen size private bedroom. There is also a laundry room with a full size washer, dryer and laundry sink. This level has its own bathroom with shower. Exit from the basement to the lower covered deck. An outdoor shower with hot and cold water is available for rinsing off after a day at the lake. From there it's just a short walk to the fire pit and another large sun deck that overlooks the water. Take a stroll down the waterfront path that leads to a spacious landing area. Lounge, swim and enjoy!

This property has plenty of space for everyone in your party to spread out. Is a flex-cation an option for you? No shortage of quiet nooks indoors or out to get some work done. Connect to the free Wi-Fi and enjoy your new office with a view. You don't have to separate work and play!

Located only 6 miles from Land Between the Lakes National Recreation Area and 8 Miles from Lake Barkley Marina and Lake Barkley State Park. Spring Break 2025!

Talk about beautiful sunsets over the water!!!This was a fantastic spot for my family of 4 kids and 2 adults. There was plenty of space for the 6 of us over the three levels. We cooked in every day and had everything needed. The fire pit area and decks were a perfect spot to decompress, have a drink, and make memories. Even with the recent storms, we were able to spend some time fishing and connected with numerous catfish, striped bass, and bluegill!We would definitely recommend this house for small and large families alike that are looking for a nice spacious home overlooking the lake where you can enjoy the outdoors!!

The view of the river and evening sunsets are stunning. The house is large, spacious bedrooms, and plenty of room for our group of 10 to spread out. The pictures don't do the house justice! The house is one of the most well stocked we've ever stayed at, with anything you could need in the kitchen. The hosts are so friendly, quick to respond, and check on you during your stay. We hope to return soon!

Land Between the Lakes Hiked

We loved being on the water, seeing the sunsets and watching barges go by. Lots of room and comfortable beds. We were hiking 3 days at Land Between the Lakes National Recreation Area and this location worked out great for us. Owners were very responsive we had everything we needed.

Family reunion and 80th bday

communication with owners was excellent. home was beautiful and even bigger in person than it seemed in the pictures.we had 10 people total overnight plus several more telativrs for dinner with plenty of room. kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed (though i did bring a margarita machine!) definitely bring water shoes if you plan to swim down in the lake. we brought floats and beach towels also which were nice to have. the area is very “buggy” so i suggest citronella candles and raid for the outdoor open patio or don’t deal with that and enjoy the enclosed patio. House has lots of games, kids books, and movies. Excellent choice for families. we would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful and so Relaxing

The home was just as described, beautiful, very clean, updated. The kitchen was well equipped per my family members that cooked!! Everything we had wanted and hoped for. The sunsets were spectacular. We were there in June so Hot! The air conditioned sun room was fantastic! My favorite place!!! We are already planning to return. This place is a jewel!!!

Lovely Week at the Lake

Our family of 12 loved relaxing in this spacious three story house. It was quiet and peaceful. We fished every day and enjoyed home cooked meals every night in the well equipped kitchen. The porches had perfect views of the lake and we enjoyed nights around the fire, grilling out and playing games. One day we went antiquing and another we visited a near by distillery. There were plenty of places to hike and enjoy the outdoors. This lovely house had plenty of space for us to also have down-time and play with our grandkids. The owners were very good at communication and although all are needs were already met, I know they would have done anything to help accommodate us had we been in need. If ever we are in the area again we hope this place is available for our family to stay!

Beautiful and Well Equipped

This house is beautiful and spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped. The beds are comfortable and the towels are plenty. The view is gorgeous from the sunroom, upper deck, lower deck, fire pit, outside deck, and by the water. There are board games, an arcade, and streaming movies or shows works. We caught catfish, crappe, and bass. There was lots of firewood and the charcoal grill was a plus. The kiddos loved the jacuzzi tub in the on suite bathroom. We love this house and plan to visit again. The owner was quick to respond to any questions.

Beautiful and peaceful getaway

This home is so beautiful and we all felt so at peace. It is very well stocked and thought out. The views are absolutely stunning, and from the back deck, sunroom, or bottom deck, you can't go wrong with a peaceful place to relax. The home is full of games, for both adults and children. The hosts are so sweet and made sure we had everything we needed every step of the way. If you are looking for a nice getaway, I cannot recommend this place enough! My friends and I hope to come back with our families again.

Perfect for what we wanted!

We wanted somewhere rural and close to the water and that’s exactly what we got! We were able to pull up to the house while fishing on Lake Barkley and it was super convenient. Lots of room for our family.

Amazing!!!

We love this house and hosts! We have rented it several times and have already booked again. The kitchen is well equipped, the views are amazing, there is enough internet to stream a movie, and there is a DVD player and DVDs to watch movies. The fire pit is super comfortable with lots of fire wood available. The jacuzzi tub is a huge hit with all of us. The fishing is great! There are two dining area options, great seating areas inside and out, and plenty of bathrooms. Sarah is very communicative and so helpful. If you are looking for a property in Cadiz don't hesitate. This house is wonderful and has everything you could need and want.

Incredible View

We loved this property and have immediately planned to return. The kitchen is fully stocked (better than any other property we've stayed, and the floor plan is ideal for gatherings. The sunroom and back patio are great for bird watching and enjoying the beautiful water views. Beds were comfortable (even the twins), showers good and the property owners were great to answer questions promptly. Paper products, towels, soap - all well stocked, and we all found this property clean and comfortable. Also, it's a beautiful 40 minute drive to Patty's 1880 Restaurant. Thank you, Anthony & Sarah for a wonderful stay!

THIS LAKE FRONT HOME WAS LIKE HAVING A LITTLE PIECE OF HEAVEN. THE HOUSE WAS BEAUTIFUL INSIDE AND OUT. WAKING UP AT SUNRISE AND LOOKING OUT OVER THE LAKE FELT LIKE A DREAM. We’ll be back!

Beautiful location! Comfortable for our large group ( 6 adults and 6 kids 8 years old and under). Understandably, being a lake house, the back decks were a bit outdoor dirty, bugs and such, but it is understandable ! The owners were fabulous communicators ,and even texted us to say the house was ready early for us to check in! Kitchen was pretty well stocked, but I did bring a few of my own kitchen tools with me just in case. Grocery stores are a bit of a drive and small, so I was also glad I did the majority of my grocery shopping at home and packed the car full! The sunsets are gorgeous and so fun to see the boats and barges! We even got a few barges to blow their horns for us! The birds are in abundance and being avid bird people , we loved it, pelicans, eagles, egrets, hummingbirds, woodpeckers, blue jays and more… saw a turtle too and even a coyote came by! Lots of deer as we drove in and out of the neighborhood. We all enjoyed our time and plan to return!

After an extensive search for a lakefront house we could call our own, there was no contest. The views, the nearby attractions and the overall cozy nature of this home just could not be beat.

What makes this property unique

The amazing sunsets in this spot of the lake can't be conveyed in a photo. They have to be experienced in person. The access to the water and nature activities available always keep us busy when we visit. The town of Cadiz is charming. Great restaurants, antique shops and friendly folks.
