Lake House On the Water! Families/couples retreat, Private Dock and boat ramp

Bring the KIDS!! Our lake house is made for families. Or perfect for quiet couples retreat.

Whether you want to watch the kids from the large back porch or the private dock with a swim ladder, you will fall in love with the family memories that can be made here—located in a private cove in a quiet gated community, perfect for walking and bike riding in the neighborhood. An easy path to the water!! Large front and back yard for family ball games and fun. Easy access to the community sWboat ramp.

Inside you will find 2 master suites, a third bedroom that sleeps 3, and a bunk house area made for kids! Fully equipped kitchen to make lots of big family meals. Large dining area, bar seating or eat outside on the covered porch. There is a cozy living area and a second living area downstairs for the kids! Two sets of washers and dryers to keep on top of all laundry.

Large recreation/game room with an arcade game, foosball table, jukebox, books, and board games! Outside Tennis table available as well.

Easy access right off I40, 20 minutes to Sevierville, and 40 minutes to Gatlinburg!!

NOTE: Our cove only has full water from May to the first of September (Labor day weekend), please be mindful of this when booking. Please raise any concerns before booking.

THERE IS NO DIVING HEAD FIRST OFF THE DOCK INTO THE WATER!!! There are floating log hazards. All children under 12 must wear a life vest. Use the dock at your own risk.

Fantastic vacation

We recently rented the home for a week vacation. It’s in a quiet secluded neighborhood that feels like you are in your own world but is close to amenities that you may need. The cove is quiet and we were able to spend hours floating without seeing anyone else. There was only one boat that came back in the cove during our stay which was nice compared to other places we have stayed on Douglas Lake. The house is beautiful and open. There are many options to keep everyone entertained with foosball, arcade, fire pit, dock, lake, games, televisions, walkable neighborhood. We will definitely return for any future vacations to Douglas Lake. Thanks for a fantastic vacation!

Beautiful home

We had an amazing time. No traffic once we left the tourist spots and that was wonderful. So many things for the kids to do-video game, foosball, ping pong. The babies LOVED the juke box. All the little things you forget to pack were there (possibly left by past guests -thank you!). Zip locks, Tupperware-even found hot choc we forgot to buy in town! Excellent communication from owner. Thank you for a wonderful family get away!!

A wonderful getaway

This house is a hidden gem. It is simply top of the line with many amenities. It is comfort for a family vacation is top notch and the furnishings are meticulously thought out to ensure maximum comfort and fun. We had a wonderful time over thanksgiving there and would highly recommend this home.

Great Place!

It was an amazing place to stay, very peaceful and quiet. Perfect setup for our family and very nice dock to fish and swim on. We will definitely be going back sometime soon!

Peaceful getaway

Lovely home with everything we needed and more. This was perfect for our family to stay over the Thanksgiving holiday - after twins being off to college for their freshmen year it was the first we’ve all been together. Plenty of space to be together or spread out, cook, play games and ping pong, and watch TV. Would love to use this property in the summer when the water is up. Just a wonderful location.

Peaceful, Comfort and Convenience All in One

We had a wonderful time. The property was just as expected from the description. The lake AND house are beautiful. Not a bad drive to Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. Even a day trip away to the Biltmore!! This is the ideal location for quiet away from the chaos of the Gatlinburg area. We would definitely come again!

Great 4th of July Week!

We had an amazing family vacation while staying at this property. Everything felt brand new and super clean. We really enjoyed the floating mat left for us at the dock and our teen boys spent a lot of time fishing off the dock. The home had everything in the kitchen and plenty of towels to make us feel at home. I would highly recommend - the house was close to everything but still felt private.

Family/Friends Vacation

We were so very pleased with everything this house has to offer. From the location in respect to Lake Douglas, to the comfiness of the beds, and not to mention, the luxurious upstairs master shower. It was PERFECT!. The owners were very nice and easy to communicate with. We had zero issues with the property so we didnt have to call or email but when we spoke before check in and after check out Mrs. Kristie was very quick to respond. If you are looking for a piece of heaven for a week then I highly suggest this house. You will not be dissappointed!

We have stayed in MANY properties offered on VRBO and Home Away. Although we have not had any problems (ever) with any place we have stayed in....we have never rebooked the same property before. THIS PROPERTY we will rebook. There was NOTHING to change about this property or location. The owner was amazing to work with and the house had everything we needed and more. The location is beautiful and close to attractions but far enough away to be in a peaceful setting. Thank you for an amazing place to stay!

Home away from home

First time VRBO renter and we couldn't have had a better place to stay at here in Tennessee! Contact with the owner was great from the beginning to the end. The home was newer but still well kept and clean. We knew going into it the lake was going to be low, so no lake time, but it's the end of October. Every day we made a 25-30min trip over to Pigeon Forge area and couple times down to Gatlinburg which took longer. We had a couple with us, who stayed in the suite upstaris. Our Family stayed downstairs and fit us perfectly. The kids loved the arcade game, the foosball table, and the ping pong table. It was quiet and relaxing for all of us and exactly what we needed.

Stunning lake house

Absolutely stunning home on Douglas Lake. My 7 year old called his grandmother while we were there to tell her "we have plenty of room at this house!" We thoroughly enjoyed our time. Kristi was wonderful to work with and excellent with communication and answering questions. Should we return to Tennessee for a vacation we will look to stay here again.

Amazing home and location.

My husband and spent 8 days on vacation at this fabulous home. It is a new home with all the amenities you could ask for. The water continued to be lowered during our stay, but we were still able to get out on the water with a paddle board from the beach area nearby the dock. It was amazing to see the deer visit daily along with all the wildlife that nature served up. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us to relax and recharge.
