Location, location, location

The location is what is fabulous about this place. 5th ave right up the street which is good/bad as you are on the street side with this apartment & the noise is CRAZY unless you are staying out till 3 am every night. The sanitation truck comes in the morning around 9 am so it sounds like someone is pressure washing the building for an hr. The place has good space for 3 adults (daughter slept on the pull out couch). King bed in bedroom is very comfortable BUT the pillows are old & need to be changed. A/C in living room went out on us for 1 night, Ana was able to get it fixed the next day. Communication was easy through What's App. Kitchen needs to be updated as cabinets are old but we ate out so was great just to have it for frig/microwave. Water cooler was bonus! Pool is the BEST (right on the beach)! Front desk people day/night were FABULOUS! Would not stay in this unit again as it was too noisy (stayed at another unit before inside the building which was so much better) but love El Faro for location/pool/staff!
