Excellente semaine en bord de mer

Excellente semaine dans un environnement particulièrement convivial. Dans cette belle villa idéalement située, tout est fait pour que l’on puisse passer un séjour agréable : tout le matériel, qu’il soit de cuisine, de détente, de farniente, est à disposition, rien ne manque. De plus, Jérémy et son épouse font tout pour nous faciliter le séjour. Ne pas hésiter pour réserver !

Superbe villa

Superbe villa Art déco avec vue imprenable sur la baie de Renecros. Emplacement idéal pour plage et ville. Beaucoup d'espace à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur pour se retrouver en famille et se relaxer. Accès privé à la plage, prestations haut de gamme (douche extérieure, prise extérieure pur plancha...). Cette villa est un condensé d'histoire de l'anse de Renecros et un emplacement idéal pour des vacances familiales.

villa de charme très bien située.

La villa les Mouettes est proche tous lieux d'intérêt à Bandol. Une fois garés, on peut tout faire à pied: courses, restaus, thalasso, plages, casino. Avec un grand plus= l'accès direct à la plage René Cros depuis le jardin. Beaucoup de charme, l'équipement électroménager et les sanitaires sont récents mais la villa a conservé mobilier et aménagements d'époque, lieu chargé d'histoire. Nombreuses pièces, chacun peut disposer de son espace personnel. Très bon accueil par Jérémy qui s'est montré disponible pendant tout notre séjour. Agréable jardin ombragé, nous recommandons sans hésiter cette villa enchanteresse".

Cadre idyllique.

La maison est au bord de l'eau ce qui est idéal pour des vacances. Elle est spacieuse. Matériel de plage très appréciable. Bonne literie. Néanmoins, l'équipement n'est pas toujours suffisant au niveau de la cuisine : plateau, brocs, couteaux qui coupent, épluche légumes.

Très bon séjour à Bandol

Nous avons passé le weekend entre amies pour un EVJF à Bandol. La maison était conforme aux photos ainsi qu a la description. La proximité de la ville (5min a pieds) et de la plage par un accès privé lui donnent un emplacement exceptionnel. L’accueil et la flexibilité du gérant était parfaite, Nils a été charmant et aidant. Ma maison est grande et spacieuse, équipée de climatisation et les chambres sont confortables. Je recommande ce logement fortement. Merci Nils.

Belle villa avec accès direct à la plage

Villa de charme, bien située, proche centre ville et port. Tout commerce à moins de 5 minutes à pied. La plage est accessible via une porte située en bas du jardin. Villa équipée du confort moderne mais ayant su garder son charme Belle Epoque grâce à de nombreux éléments de décor. Agréable impression de voyager dans le temps. Splendide vue mer depuis quasiment toutes les pièces. Climat très doux en ce début novembre, nous avons pu nous baigner (eau à 18 degrés). Aucune nuisance sonore. Accueil très aimable par M. Von Bothmer, agent immobilier. Nous recommandons vivement.

Villa idéalement placée en bord de plage, proche du centre ville et du port.

La propriété est malheureusement un peu désuète et doit faire l'objet d'une réhabilitation lourde car très fissurée (des experts en assurance étaient présents lors de notre arrivée). l'équipement est d'une autre génération et mériterait d'être renouvelé ; la literie est excellente, l'accueil est parfait.

Renecros - Bandol

Das Anwesen hat einen ganz besonderen Charm. Man kann von dem Haus direkt an den Strand und man ist auch schnell in den wunderschönen Ort Bandol. Der Eigentümer sollte allerdings kleinere Renovierungsarbeiten ( Malerarbeiten etc.) durchführen lassen.

une trés belle maison art et déco avec le charme de l'ancien et le confort moderne. L’accès direct à la plage est un vrai régal. l'acceuil est flexible ce qui permet d'arriver plus tôt et de déposer ses affaires.

Les Mouettes is, spacious and very well equipped but the location is really the most attractive feature of this lovely old house. To have direct access to Renecros beach from the garden was fabulous, one of our group said she felt she was in paradise. The house was also well positioned in relation to the town, tourist information, shopping, restaurants etc. Because of this we were able to manage very well without a car as everything we needed was just a short stroll away. We were a group of women friends and the house was perfect for us but it would be equally suitable for a family group. Nils, who manages the property, is very helpful.

Très belles vacances

Nous avons séjourné dans cette villa du 11 au 18 août 2018. Nous avons apprécié le très bon accueil de M.Nils von Bothmer. La villa est très agréable, bien aménagée avec une literie confortable et vraiment très propre.L'extérieur est tout aussi agréable et bien pensé. Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances en famille et espérons pouvoir y retourner.

Grande Villa, idéalement placée sans besoin de prendre la voiture pour aller se promener en ville, avec accès direct sur la plage, vue splendide. Confort assurée, tout à disposition. Nils est charmant et très arrangeant. Nous étions 12 adultes avec enfants, tout le monde a été ravi ! Nous reviendrons certainement.

Villa in toller Lage und mit stilvoller Einrichtung

Von der Villa aus besteht ein direkter Zugang zum Strand und die Hafenpromenade von Bandol ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Im Innenraum ist die ganze Villa sehr stilvoll und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Alles was es für einen unbeschwerten Urlaub braucht ist vorhanden. Insbesondere die Betten (Matratzen) sind in 1A-Qualität! Bei kalten Tagen besteht die Möglichkeit, die Räume zu heizen und auch der WiFi-Empfang ist in allen Räumen problemlos möglich. Der Aussenbereich ist sehr grosszügig angelegt und es existieren verschiedene Sitzplätze mit oder ohne direkte Sonneneinstrahlung. Genügend Stühle, Tische und Liegen sind vorhanden. Zusätzlich wird auch verschiedenes Spielmaterial (Bälle, Péanque-Kugeln, Badminton-Schläger, usw.) zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Übernahme und Abgabe der Villa klappt hervorragend und während dem gesamten Aufenthalt steht bei Fragen oder Problemen jemand zur Verfügung. Besten Dank für alles und sehr gerne wieder!
