Located in a quiet neighborhood with a large yard, this striking three bedroom plus bonus room and two bathroom home offers desert living at its finest!

Highlights include an indoor electric fireplace perfect for those chilly desert nights, a spacious kitchen and dining area, a desk and office area for those that can get away but can't turn off, eclectic artwork and mid-century modern decor throughout.

The expansive backyard oasis is ideal for entertaining and features an outdoor kitchen, an inviting fire pit, and a sparkling pool and hot tub. Make a short trip into town to find shops and restaurants, or head down the hill for an adventure to Palm Springs. Whatever way you want to play it, endless adventures await you.

LIVING AREA

Unwind on the large sectional sleeper in the living area. Prepare a drink at the wet bar, then relax by the electric fireplace while enjoying a movie on the smart TV.

An office nook provides a desk and a semi-private space to send emails for those of you who work from home.

A room off the living area features two twins beds and a TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

The chef’s kitchen features skylights and a full suite of appliances including a French-door fridge, a double oven, and an island stove.

When delectable dishes are served, the dining table seats six. A deck off the dining area has a convenient gas grill.

BED & BATH

This house sleeps eight guests across three bedrooms and a bonus room.

The primary suite has a king bed, a smart TV, and a private balcony. The en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

The second bedroom has a king bed, a smart TV, and access to the backyard. The third bedroom has two queen beds, while the bonus room has two twin beds, a sofa bed and a smart TV.

The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

The highlight of this stunning home is the fully fenced backyard paradise, meticulously landscaped with desert foliage.

Take an invigorating dip in the pool (8 feet deep, available year-round), play yard games in the vast space, or soak up the sun on multiple loungers. The pool can be heated for use year-round. The pool heat fee is $150 per night and covers the cost of the fuel. It is a large pool and may take up to 24h to heat based on time of year so please request heating before check in.

The covered outdoor dining area is equipped with a gas grill, a mini-fridge, and ample counter space. A chandelier above the large table elevates your alfresco dining experience.

Top off days with a beverage while stargazing by the gas fire pit.

Walk to Hawk’s Landing Golf Club for tee time. Or head to the heart of Old Town Yucca Valley for a selection of shops and restaurants.

Visit the iconic Pappy & Harriet’s in Pioneertown, a short drive from home. World-class rock climbing and hiking await at Joshua Tree National Park.
