This property is very clean, well stocked with all the necessary items, and professionally decorated. It's secluded in the woods with great views of Mt Rainer when the skies are clear. The property manager Dale is wonderful to work with and very responsive to client needs. We love to stay there.
It was my second stay. I brought my 20-year-old son this time. It was so quiet and so pretty! The house has everything you could need — coffee, spices, dishes, pans, toaster, chocolate, fluffy robes. Whatever you need, there it is!The upstairs and downstairs are separate enough that different schedules don’t impact each other. And the owner was available whenever I had a question.
We had the most wonderful time with family at your gorgeous home on the beautiful Puget Sound. The home is comfortable and so well stocked. There are too many plush amenities to list. The checkin process was easy, and we were contacted to ensure we were happy with the status of the home upon checkin. The view of the Sound is stunning and provided for many strolls on the beach. Such a gorgeous home in the most spectacular location.
What a perfect location for gathering with family members from out of state for niece’s wedding. Just 10 minutes from where family lives and beautiful view of the PNW.
Inside of the house was clean and completely remodeled. Just beautiful!!
We throughly enjoyed our stay at this clean, updated cottage on Eld Inlet. Quiet, peaceful location with views of Mt Rainier when the skies are sunny and clear. Dale answered all our questions and made the stay/logistics easy to manage.
We LOVED this property!! We did not want to leave. The location was beautiful! We kayaked a few times and saw deer, seals and jellyfish. You can see Mt. Rainier from the property! The home was spotless and had everything we could want! Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. We highly recommend this property! :)
We had really relaxing days at this house on Eld Inlet. Everything was clean and well-organized, the house is well stocked with everything you need, and the location is second to none! We really enjoyed the water view, the high and low tides, the silence of the water, especially in the early mornings and at night. We will definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to Olympia!
The house and property are well thought out. We only used it for a place to sleep and unwind but I would have enjoyed the kitchen for cooking and entertaining. I am looking forward to using this property our next trip.
We absolutely loved everything about this waterfront property. Dale, the property manager was a joy to work with. The house has everything you need to be comfortable. The beds are comfortable & the living room furniture is also very comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of dishes, pots & pans. This house is so cozy with a stellar view. We were able to beachcomb when the tide was out even in the wintertime. The setting is beautiful with lots of privacy. We loved reading by the fireplace & enjoyed the quiet solitude of this beautiful location. The house was clean & we couldn’t have asked for more. I highly recommend this home.
This was the perfect retreat for us to unwind before the school year begins. We had a range of weather, the week started off in the 90s and sunny, and ended with cool, wet weather. On the hot days we appreciated that the house is set back in the trees, so we could cool off on the shady porch. In the mornings we enjoyed watching the sunrise with a cup of coffee by the beach. We especially enjoyed the easy beach access, kayaks and chairs for just chilling out in the sun. At the end of our stay we appreciated the protected deck with the covered grill and fire pit. The house was well appointed with a modern kitchen, TV with Roku, and comfortable beds. Thank you for sharing your property with us. We had a wonderful stay!
We loved the location of this property because we felt far away from our busy city lives but close enough to Olympia to get a great meal. We loved sitting and reading in the chairs by the water and could see Mt Rainier clearly both days. We woke up to find a deer standing in the driveway on our second morning. Beautiful!
Wonderful property with an amazing view and a sweet beach. Quiet community close to Olympia. The cottage is perfect! Clean, well-appointed with everything you need. Loved the location, and our dog did too!
This cabin is amazing. It is fully stocked and has super comfortable beds. The view is beautiful and we spent hours on the beach digging for clams and finding little crabs. Wendy is responsive and even let us know when there were orcas near by to watch.
Perfectly renovated and organized, this cabin had everything we needed for our stay. I kept saying, “a place for everything and everything in its place” as I found the baking sheet or the extra toilet paper. Everything was lovely quality, from the cleaner to the chocolate treats, which made the stay feel extra comfortable. The location is gorgeous and a stone’s throw from the water. We visited in November, and even though it was cold and wet we were still able to sit outside and enjoy the water views thanks to the fire pit table and the covered deck. All in all, a wonderful experience!
We enjoyed our stay at this home. Easy access to water and beautiful views. House is so nice and renovated. We saw deer, & turkeys on land and sea lions in the water. Great place to relax and unwind from life’s stresses.
I can't think of anything but good words to say about this clean, tasteful, well-furnished and perfectly located property. It is even more lovely than it appears online and the host provides many thoughtful extras and was very accessible. Very fun to watch Mt. Rainier "come and go" across the lake depending on clouds. We were also fortunate to see 3 orca whales playing in Eld Inlet - a rare treat. Excellent VRBO.
We felt like we were miles away but it’s only 15 minutes to downtown. The trees and water view were so beautiful. The house has been completely re-done and all is first class, especially the stacked stone fireplace. It was a stormy week so we put it to good use. It was a wonderful getaway.

Why they chose this property
As soon as I saw this place I fell in love with the location and house structure. I was able to pull up old carpet and replace them with beautiful new flooring. My wife and I bought all new furniture We had the entire home painted and added fresh trim. We replaced the old green laminate countertops with quartz! I also opened up the magnificent view, clearing the brush and low hanging branches. I am so excited to share this place with my family and the VRBO traveling group.
