Quiet Neighborhood

The stay was nice. Clean and quiet neighborhood. Just be careful how you aim the shower head or it leaks water out of shower. That was the only problem. Thank you for a nice stay. Rose McKay

Great Location

This is a perfect place to stay for 2 or 3 days while you explore the Monterey Bay. It is tastefully decorated and appointed with high end finishes. It is well kept and clean. However, we stayed 9 days and found the living area to be uncomfortable due to the oversized sofa and coffee table. They made the eating area cramped. There is a lovely outdoor seating area. The host is accommodating and eager to make your stay memorable.

Perfect rental for a visit to Monterey

This rental suite was lovely and had everything we needed for our visit to Monterey. It was very clean, the bed was comfy, the shower had plenty of pressure, the kitchen had fantastic appliances & everything we needed to cook meals during our stay. The location was close to all the places we wanted to visit and was on a nice and quiet street. The checkin instructions were clear and the communication with the property manager was excellent. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again!

As advertised

Great place in a quiet neighborhood and it includes everything as advertised. The bed is extremely comfortable, the only complaint we had was the shower was very small. It shouldn't be a problem for you unless you are above average height or weight.

Sweet little home

We rented for a long weekend to attend a wedding in Monterey. The location was great. We traveled down highway 1, did the 17-mile tour and visited Fisherman's Wharf. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. They do have a nice fan to use as there is no air conditioning but it was cool enough at night with the windows open and fan on. Very cute place!

Good location

My wife and I decided to spend an extra day in Monterrey to allow extra time at the aquarium. This property had everything we needed. It's just the right size for 2 people. I get a bit apprehensive when I have to park my car in the street but it wasn't a problem. Bed was comfortable. A good set of kitchen appliances. Away from the hustle and bustle of attractions in a quiet neighborhood.

Great Experience - Highly Recommend

Faris truly is a SUPER HOST! I had to change reservation dates and he replied very quickly. The apartment was clean, quiet and very well appointed. You can tell that he cares and thinks of the details. The location is very good for seeing the Monterey area. If that weren't enough, 3 days after checkout I realized I did not have my jewelry. I messaged him and within a few hours he sent me a picture to verify that he had the right thing and promptly mailed it to me. What a relief! Thanks again, Faris.

Property in Sea Side

I came to the area for a conference in Monterey, and my partner came with me. Pros: 1. The property is very close to downtown Monterey - it took us about 15 minutes to get to the conference center every day. 2. The kitchen is very nice - great appliances, tons of cabinet and counter space 3. The king-sized bed is very comfortable. 4. The owner/property manager checked in on us via email and was VERY quick to respond. Cons: 1. We were there during an unusually bad week of rain and wind storms - I wish there had been a rug inside the door. Every time we entered the property, the floor was slippery, and we tracked in a lot of debris from outside. 2. The gate and door to the property are very difficult to close - they need to be adjusted. I literally had to use my entire body weight to close the door from the inside, and we were never able to fully close the gate. Overall, the property is very clean and comfortable for our 5-day stay in the Monterey area. I would definitely stay there again.

This is my wife's birthday surprise.

My wife and I had a good time staying at this house especially everything was close by. We had some issues with the WI Fi and especially the shower. It wasn't producing enough pressure to wash off the shampoo and soap. Also somebody threw an egg at my wife's car overnight on our last day. What away to end a vacation getaway. I'm just glad that's all the person did, could have been worse. But the property was good.

charming place to stay

perfect place to stay. clean , comfortable bed, great appliances. close to everything in seaside and monterey bay. Just maybe a pod style coffee maker would be better. but other than that I would stay again.

Perfect Spot

We enjoy this place quite a bit. It is a perfect launching point into Monterey. We were essentially passing through, but what a clean and comfortable space this is. Would go again.

Cute place to stay

This place was very clean and cute. It was nice to be close to Monterey and Carmel. A few things that would’ve been good info to have and nice to have was, some board games to play in the evening, some more kitchen utensils to cook with, instructions on how to work TV, instructions on what needs to be cleaned when leaving or if didn’t need to clean at all, and a little binder of restaurants and things to do in the surrounding areas. I would and will highly recommend this place as it was a very nice place to stay and owners were very friendly and got back to me in a nice timely manner.

Beautiful property in great location

This property was super clean with gorgeous design & finishes! The location was super convenient to everything in the area! The owner was wonderful & even brought in a super comfortable foam mattress for our daughter to sleep on. I would highly recommend this place! Even though there are not reviews on this site, there are tons of positive reviews on another travel site! We would stay here again in the future for sure!
