This was literally the only property available in GOTL when we made our reservation (for the eclipse). Dan, property manager, was helpful. Room was clean and well equipped. Room, however, was very small. The bunk bed arrangement was awkward. Would look for a bigger unit next time.
Everything was fine overall but I would've like to know what was there and available. Example a coffee maker with coffee but no measuring spoon, stir sticks, and creamer was solid (indicating it was definitely old). The space was enough for what we needed and it was not too far to be able to walk which was nice. I also assumed there was some sort of freezer for ice for drinks or space to put some. Details assist in planning.

Small hideout
The room was too small for 3 adults , I recommend for teenagers or small children occupancy only. Thank you.
I am a real estate agent a tad south of Geneva and I had a client wanting to see a property in the area so we made a little weekend out of it. They also stayed in one of Christopher's Dockside units and loved it. They are adorably remodeled and make the best use of the space. Well Done! Christopher also send a list of recommended area/place to visit which is nice if you haven't been to the area before. The strip and Lake Erie's shore are both within walking distance! I highly recommend booking your stay at Christopher's Dockside.
Great location, clean room and friendly management.
The rental experience was great, we had well-informed details for check-in as well as things to do in town. Would recommend staying for a couple or a small family.
Great for 1-2 nights as it is very small but was fine for my husband & I. The bed is a bunk bed with basically a futon mattress on it so it wasn’t super comfortable which is why I’d suggest only 1-2 nights. I do wish there was an actual mattress instead but that’s really our only complaint. It was super close to the lake, wineries & restaurants. It was warm & cozy inside (we stayed during the winter) parking wasn’t an issue & we had access to Netflix when we were relaxing before bed. We would stay again & recommend to others for a weekend.

This room was very clean and updated with cute decorations. It was very small for even just the two of us. The bed was not very comfortable either. We were there during the off season so I guess in the summer it would not feel as small since you could use the outside front patio. It was too cold for that. Overall though it was in a great location and it was good for a two nights getaway.

Small but Quaint
Nice facility but a little small for my liking. Would stay at another one of the affiliated properties that are larger.
Very cute place to stay. Clean and close to the strip but still cozy and private. Chris and Dan were amazing to work with and very accommodating. Would definitely stay again.
The place was exactly as advertised. Minutes from the lake by foot and on this quaint boardwalk of other small bungalows. It was a bit tight, but fine for a night or two. We did get locked out at the end of our stay, but it was promptly resolved. Would stay again.
