Finished in 2021, this modern townhome is convieniently located in Old Town, Winter Park. The Winter Park ski resort is a 10 minute walk or quick shuttle ride away (shuttle stop is located 150 yards away).

Fully-equipped kitchen and open floor with mountain views. The home features 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, and comfortably accommodates 12.

There is one parking spot in the heated garage that fits an extra large large SUV (plus roof rack), as well as two driveway spots. A gas grill off the kitchen balcony is hooked up to gas line. Additionally the house includes multiple decks, a whole house humidification system, and plenty of storage.

Perfect Ski House

This is a wonderful property very close to the bottom of the main ski lifts at Winter Park. So close, in fact, that most of the members of our group would walk up (and slide down) the hill next to the railroad tracks, rather than take the shuttle. The house was spacious and very clean. Communication with Anne was easy and efficient. Our group especially liked the 1st floor mud room / garage to leave all our ski gear to stay warm and dry over night. And we all enjoyed the 2nd floor hot tub after a long day of skiing. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a place to stay during a ski vacation.

We had three families (6 adults, 6 kids) and everyone was able to stay comfortably. The common areas were large and well appointed.

Wonderful new build in old town! Slope side with views of Gemini and the ski train! Spacious top floor for family gathering, great bedrooms and decks for year round experiences - hot tub, grill, Mountain View’s! Can’t wait to come back!

Great Place to Stay in Winter Park

We thoroughly enjoyed our time and would recommend this clean, large unit. The property is perfectly maintained. The living area features a fantastic, wide sofa next to the fireplace, with stunning views of the resort. The kitchen/living room is spacious and cozy. Access to the ski shuttle is simple. Anne is extremely responsive to any inquiries.

Amazing Condo / Great Location

We LOVED this property! Communication with the host was fast and easy. The property was the perfect size for our family of 5 as well as our friends who were a family of 5 as well. The shuttle was super close and easy to catch to the base of the gondola. On the way home we opted to slide down the hill right to the condo which was fun for those young and old. Our kids loved that there was open space around the condo so they could run around and have some pretty epic snowball fights. The living area was spacious and the kitchen was well appointed. The pantry had plenty of room for storage. The built ins on the first floor gave us plenty of room to store all of our ski gear. We also appreciated that there were plenty of towels. We can’t wait to stay at this gorgeous property again!

Great Family Trip

We had ten people in our group, and this place was ideal for us. The location was excellent. Very modern and clean. The hot tub looks out on the ski slope , and is sensational.

5 stars!!!

Cannot say enough good things about this property. We had a 18 month old with us and it was perfect. The stairs are only 7 steps at a time, and thick carpet so you feel comfortable with them climbing. Big open room on top floor perfect for a baby! Pack and play was very clean along with entire property. We would put our skis on, ski down to the bus stop Which is VERY close, and then ski home. The house was so comfortable, beds, pillows and bedding all so comfy. They had kids plates, cups and silverware. The only con would be they lacked stemware aka champagne flutes, stem wine glasses if that matters to you. We loved how clean it was. Had all necessities for cooking. Just bring your own plastic baggies if you will need them or tuber-ware to store left over food. It is also walking distance to town. We walked in/out for dinner and it was easy and pretty flat! Max 10 minute walk. Would 100% return and shout from the top this place was amazing!!! Anne was amazing to work with, very responsive.

Best Place We’ve Stayed in Winter Park

Beautiful family friendly spot!

We rented this house with another family (8 people total) and had a great time. Easy access to the ski shuttle. The hot tub was lovely after a long day! The kitchen and family room were very spacious and held all of us comfortably. This is definitely a pricy rental, but we felt that we got our money’s worth.

Highly Recommend!

We loved our stay and highly recommend this clean, spacious and bright unit. The kitchen/living area is large and comfortably accommodates a group. Anne is super responsive to every inquiry no matter how small. Having a garage plus two additional outside parking spaces was crucial for us. We will definitely come back! One thing to note: the third bathroom is on the ground floor and in the winter stays very very very cold so is not ideal to use in the middle of the night. This layout means that for each bedroom to have it's own dedicated bathroom, someone will have to climb stairs down to the ground floor full bath which may not be ideal for some. (There is also a half bath on the living area level which is nice.)

Long weekend on the slopes!

We had a great ski weekend at this property. It was perfect for our two families (adults + kids) from Denver. The cleanliness of the property is exceptional. The living room has a wonderful, large sectional by the fireplace with great views of the resort. We enjoyed time in the hot tub and games at the kitchen table. Our only bummer was that we wanted to make brownies but there wasn't a pan. (We made them anyway on the cookie sheet!). This place is basically perfect already but it would be over the top with a brownie pan and maybe a few smaller mixing bowls for prepping meals. Thanks for sharing your place!

Couldn't ask for more..

What a way to close out 2021 and ring in 2022. The location to the mountain could not be more perfect. A short “adventurous” climb up the hill across the street provides quick access to the lifts and ski school (just follow the steps of those before you on the way up 😊 and slide or ride down in the evenings). The hots of this home have thought of everything you could possibly need or want on vacation. Beds are amazingly comfortable; kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need or want (minus a blender) and plenty of space for our group of 10 to spread out. The hot tub and heated garage were a huge bonus to this immaculately clean property. Some take away thoughts: 1. Reserve your rentals before arriving, Alpine Sun & Ski Shop down the street would be my 1st choice or Epic Mountain Sports in town. 2. 4X4 in the winter months was crucial, not required but def handy for those of us not used to driving conditions. 3. We saw a Moose grazing in the trees directly across the street, so cool. 4. Pizza Pedal’r located at the base won’t disappoint. 5. Wake & Bacon in town for breakfast was delicious. Thank you Anne & Dan for sharing your home with us, we loved every minute of your home and can’t wait to return.

Short but Sweet

When we saw an opening over Christmas break for this awesome property, we had to jump on it even though it was only a short 3-night stay. The property was exquisite. The location was fantastic. Hosts were responsive. Our group of 10 (two families) was perfectly comfortable and would not hesitate to return.

Awesome Winter Park Home

We spent 3 days in Winter Park over the 4th of July. After flight delays and heavy traffic on I-70, we could not have been more pleased when we arrived at the home. It is absolutely beautiful. We had a party of 5 and were perfectly comfortable. The pictures online don't do the home justice. The decor, beds, bedding, towels, and furnishings are the best of any vacation rental that we've ever stayed in. My wife took pictures of many of the furnishings as she plans to copy for our home. The location is great. You're a 10-15 minute walk into Winter Park Village or a 5-10 minute drive into town. There are great hiking trails nearby. We hiked Jim Creek Trail. This home has everything you need plus million dollar views of the mountain. The windows from the living room provide great views and we spent every evening on the outdoor 3rd floor deck or the hot tub on the 2nd floor deck. The only cons are that there is a train track that runs about 200 in front of the house that blows a whistle and there is a home being constructed across the street. Neither of which bothered us, but might bother others. We would highly recommend staying in the home and we will be back.

Perfect Mountain Getaway

The house is stunning! Perfect for multi-generational families. The location to the mountain and downtown could not be more perfect. The home has plenty of amenities(the kids really loved the hot tub), immaculately clean, easy to follow house instructions and best of all, walking distance to the base of the mountain. By far, our favorite mountain house. We cannot wait to come back. Thank you Ann and Dan for a wonderful Winter Park vacation!
