location was good- we found pulling into the driveway after dark a little problematic since it is a steep approach. one of us directed the driver and that worked out.
Coming in the month of February can be tricky because of the weather. I wanted to stay where we would not have to drive up and down very narrow roads if it had snowed or gotten icy. The only complaint I have is the driveway. It is very short in width and depth , has a drop off on one side and angled, making it difficult to back into or out of it. It is doable but the picture is deceiving , on line, when it pertains to the driveway. The outside needs some painting but not to the point of neglect. Beds were comfortable, kitchen has updated appliances and even had a crockpot available! Would have preferred a Keurig type coffee maker instead of a pot. Only because I was the only one that drinks coffee in the mornings. Would stay here again as the interior was comfortable and updated. The location is quiet and easy to drive to.
It was perfect for me and my son but not a quiet place. Sometimes it was hard to hear the TV anything that goes on upstairs. You can definitely hear downstairs very close to downtown pigeon Forge and close to Gatlinburg beds were very comfortable.
We had 3 adults and a 5 year old. The house was perfect for us. Everything worked as intended (including the hot tub) and the host communicated with us. It was a perfect stay for the family for 4 days. Everyone had a bed, and there was a pull out couch my daughter slept on. Will definitely stay here again.
We had a nice time but was very disappointed in the condition of the hot tub. Owner sent someone to take care of it but they only filled it up, it had no chlorine in it so we did not get to use it . That was one of the reasons we booked this property so it was disappointing.
We loved our Cabin, and the location was great! Our host was very efficient, I messaged him several times and he always responded! We even got visits from the bears, momma and 2 babies, they were so cute!
We had a hard timer trying to get Wi-Fi. I never was able to get it on my phone. The pswd that was given to me didn’t work. The hot tub didn’t work and the swing was nasty. The cabin was hot every night and upstairs was so hot. We tried to adjust the AC but the last night it was 83 and I tried calling someone but never got a reply. I feel that we paid for the hot tub and the swing and AC witch we didn’t have . I feel like we were over charged. I am still so upset.
House was clean, the two full bathrooms both included showers (no tubs) which was perfect for us. It was very nice to be able to cook our own meals in the fully appointed kitchen. Beds were comfy and the home had a great cabin-style with lots of exposed wood. Right off the main parkway, so it was easy to get everywhere in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.
The cabin is just a few minutes off the Parkway in Pigeon Forge. We were a party of five adults and it was a tight squeeze. We definitely could have used some more storage space such as a place to set towels/clothes in the bathroom, a dresser or shelf for things in the bedroom, etc. We didn’t spend much time in the cabin so we made it work.
Enjoyed the property but a few things needs some maintenance. Gutters were full, spiders and webs on the front and back porch, knob on shower needs fixed and dryer didn’t dry very good but overall it was a great place to stay. A lot better than some of the motels. Got to see a skunk and a badger roaming around the property while I was there.
