Apartment for 6 people, on the first floor with view of the swimming pool, accessible by a common staircase with the residence. Once inside there are no more stairs, the apartment is on one level.

Ideal residence for "relaxing holidays" near the sea, offering a modern, spacious, and well-equipped apartment, located in the quietest and most residential part of the back of the residence.

The master bedroom has a King size bed 200*200. The second and third bedrooms are equipped with Queen size bed 160*200. Each bedroom has its own storage, wardrobes, and shelves. Blackout curtains have been installed in each bedroom to allow you to sleep without being woken up too early by the first light of day.

Quiet residence close to all amenities, private parking. Excellent value.

Nothing useless is at your disposal, everything is studied to allow you to feel at home without missing anything, from the toaster to the oven, through the refrigerator and the microwave until the dish washer. Neat decoration, relaxing and restful atmosphere.

For your information:

Included in the rental rate for a minimum stay of 8 nights: Wifi Internet, household entrance, exit and once a week during your stay. Gardener and maintenance of the pool.

Not included: Your electricity consumption remains at your expense during your stay. We take the meter on your arrival and departure. Only your consumption in kilowatt is billed rate in force in the village.

This amount is paid in cash on the day of your departure, plan ahead.

The price per kilowatt is 14.95 pesos or 0.30 USD.

A digital code safe is at your disposal, in case of forgetting the code or losing the key, we will ask you to pay for the change of the latter – 150 USD.

We also inform you that an inventory will be carried out upon your arrival and departure. In order not to waste too much time when you leave, a team of 2 to 3 people is often present to allow a quick overhaul of linen, dishes and all household electrical equipment. The objective is to leave the apartment in the same conditions as you found it, to the tenants who will follow you. Any missing or broken items will also be collected in cash on the day of your departure. We make sure to keep this property in perfect condition each time it is rented for the comfort and well-being of everyone.
