This newly renovated villa will exceed your vacation expectations. Kiawah Island Golf Resort is nestled in the Tranquil Low Country between the Kiawah River and a pristine stretch of Atlantic Ocean Beach. Voted top Family Resort in the East/Southeast - Travel, & Leisure Family, Worlds's Best Golf resort (#1 in US) Travel & Leisure Golf and #2 Best Tennis resort in US - Tennis.

You will awaken to a spectacular view of the lagoon from the master bedroom. You are within a few minutes walk from the ocean, Turtle Point Golf Club, The Sanctuary Hotel & Spa and Roy Barth Tennis Center. Our villa is managed by Kiawah Island Resort program which entitles you to discounted Greens Fees at all 5 Kiawah Championship Golf Courses to include the Ocean Course, court fees at The Roy Barth Tennis Center, and access to the fitness center and Night Heron Recreational Center and all Pool and water partkl. Guests are charged a $45/amenity to enjoy these resources. I pay the $45/day amenity fee for my guests along with the $110 cleaning. I also pay the taxes. Thus, the Rental Fee is deeply discounted to assure my guests recieve the greatest value for their money. .

Great location and space for a family!
We had a fabulous time with our boys at EJ's place over spring break. Walked to the beach every day, swam at Night Heron Park (a lot), played plenty of games in the screened in porch, and got such a kick out of the wildlife. Would highly recommend for a much-needed vacation!

Wonderful!!
We had a wonderful time! Location was perfect, a 2 minute bike ride to the beach. Condo had plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 children. Comfy sofa and beds. Plenty of games and books for down time and rainy days (we were there for Hurricane Debby) but still had a wonderful time. Highly recommended EJ’s condo. He was so kind and helpful and we will surely return! Thank you again!

Soothing relaxation
The moment you drive thru the gates all the world’s worries leave your body. Welcome to Kiawah! We stayed at Turtle Cove. Our host EJ was kind, very informative and the villa was exactly what we were looking for. Coffee on the porch overlooking the lagoon watching the wildlife. Short bike ride to the beach. An afternoon at the pool. Shopping and eating at Freshfields. Can’t wait to go back.

Comfortable and Attractive Inside and Out
This second floor condo is situated on a pretty cul-de-sac. There is a water view of a scenic lagoon from the Master bedroom, kitchen, and screened in porch. Alligator sightings are almost daily. The beds are very comfortable and there is good pressure in the showers. It’s a cozy and tastefully decorated home. The 8-9 minute walk to the beach is pretty and enjoyable. The restaurants on Kiawah are a bit pricey but there are more reasonably priced restaurants just minutes away at Fresh Fields, which is a beautiful little boutique village. The homeowner, EJ, was a delight to deal with. Kiawah Guest Services was always available to assist us when needed ( we had a couple issues with the living room tv and EJ promptly rectified this along with guest services). Every inch of Kiawah Island is lush and beautiful. EJ’s condo is a lovely place to experience it.

Lovely vacation
We had a great time staying at this condo! We kept our bikes outside and it was about 10 minutes walk to the beach with kids. The view out the back was so peaceful and having the resort amenities is a huge plus (heated pools, shuttle transport). Kiawah in April is just beautiful. We hope to return!

Wonderful Thanksgiving
We stayed to have Thanksgiving with local family in Charleston. The condo was great and we walked to the beach easily each morning. Good location and we enjoyed the extra amenities like using the shuttle to go to the Mingo Point Osyster Roast. We had everything that we needed and the condo was nicely decorated and kitchen dishes etc well stocked. We will definitely come back again.

Great rental at a great price.
We had a great time in Kiawah, as always. The condo was really nice, clean and in a great location. The condo owner was also very nice and communicated with me promptly regarding the rental. I highly recommend this property and owner, just leave me a week in the fall.

Great Kiawah Getaway

Incredible value
The combination of location, comfort, and resort privileges at the rate offered by the owner = one of the best values we've found in over a decade of renting at Kiawah. The unit is located within a decent walking distance from the beach, and is a short bike ride from Night Heron Park, the pool, and its new market/cafe. We always love a good lagoon view with gator sightings and this unit did not disappoint! We will keep this villa on the list of places we'd rent again on our next visit to Kiawah.
