Perfectly Appointed

I was in town for a few days to visit with my daughter at Eckerd College, and this tiny house was perfect for a place to crash between outings. Everything was super functional, parking was reserved, and if the trip has been longer we would have tried the bikes or grilled out. Lovely experience, and I would absolutely stay here again.

Very cute..tiny but just enough for 2 (we had overnight stay for our 40th wedding anniversary) despite the size, it has everything that you can think of(shower,shampoo/soap towels, ref, microwave, dishes utensils,tv,comfy bed w/pullout)and owner has easy to follow instructions for check in /out..she even left chocolate ! We recommend this place to friends/relatives.

Not a small house.

too much furniture in a tiny space. The linens need updating. Its not like this was inexpensive. It is in line with a hotel stay and not even close to the comfort.

Its a small studio-not a tiny house for starters

The bed linens were horrible. The blanket on the bed was the size of a beach towel. Its too furnished for the size of the small studio that it is. You literally have to move stuff and you are sardined in. Fire hazard to be real. The only upside were the bicycles. I was not gonna do a review because I typically only like to say positive things but you keep emailing me....so here it is.

Ok for price

The unit was much smaller than I expected. It was myself and 16 year old daughter. It would probably be better for a single person or for 1 adult and a small child. The unit was neat except the microwave had not been cleaned from the time before. We had some maintenance issues with the coat rack falling off the wall and the air conditioner leaking but the owner was quick to have someone come by and check it out. Overall it was fine for the price.

"An Unforgettable Stay: A Perfect Vacation Rental for Explorers and Adventure Seekers"

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a vacation rental with my friend, and I must say it was a wonderful experience. The first thing that impressed us was how clean and well-maintained the rental was. It was clear that the owner takes great pride in providing a comfortable and inviting space for guests. One of the highlights of our stay was the outside patio. It was the perfect spot to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or relax after a day of exploring. We also loved that bicycles were provided for us to use. It was a great way to explore the area and enjoy the surrounding nature. Another aspect that stood out was how responsive the owner was to any questions we had. They were always quick to respond and provide helpful information. This level of attentiveness made us feel valued as guests and added to the overall positive experience. Lastly, I want to mention the trundled bed. It was incredibly easy to use and provided an additional sleeping option without sacrificing space. This feature was perfect for vacationers like us who prefer to be out and about, exploring new adventures and dining experiences rather than sitting inside all day. Overall, I highly recommend this vacation rental for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and convenient place to stay. The outside patio, bicycles, responsive owner, and easy-to-use trundled bed all contributed to a memorable and enjoyable vacation experience.

Pictures taken from misleading angles- very small

I’ve stayed in a few studios before, but this is even small for just a bedroom, the furniture other than the bed had to be put into the bathroom in order to even pull the bed out, my boyfriend could nearly touch both sides of the room with his arms spread, the towels were all stained and older looking, and at 7am the other guests of the main house had us woken up with doing dishes right on the other side of the wall it sounded like. During initial booking I should’ve taken it as a warning when none of my bank cards would work (on a Saturday), upon calling them on Monday morning, that’s because none of my banks will no longer do business with their merchant accounts due to past issues. We wanted a place to rest during the day but pretty much had to leave the room everyday due to it being so cramped our bags could barely even fit. When definitely left early.

Why they chose this property

it was built in 1910 and I love rehabbing old properties and keeping the historic vibrant!

What makes this property unique

2 Bikes come with your rental. Next door to a French restaurant where you can enjoy some bar bites before heading out in the evening. A few steps away is also an ice cream shop and a Thai Food restaurant, and a Thai-Mex restaurant. The home is steps to Crescent Lake park w/a dog park and a 1.5-mile walking trail. It's just blocks off Grand Central and thus close to all the fun St Pete has to offer, from Museums, plays, breweries, and cycling there is so much to do in St Pete you won't get bored! Note that you also have a dedicated parking spot on the property.
