Leave the stress behind and feel rejuvenated in our LOVELY first floor beachfront/poolside home (one bed+2 bunks/2 bath (sleeps 6)) in the beautifully maintained Seychelles Beach Resort! Our open concept floor plan has a gated patio that allows you to walk right into the heated pool or hot tub and is steps away from the beach access. Free beach service (see below).

Enjoy the gorgeous views of the emerald green Gulf of Mexico and crystal clear pool. Quiet location off Thomas Drive next to Schooners and one mile to St. Andrews State Park. Perfect family and couple getaway spot!

FREE BEACH SERVICE (March 1 to October 30) Our beach front home includes free beach service from Adventures at Sea. Enjoy two padded wooden beach chairs and large umbrella. These chairs typically rent for $40+ per day but are included when you stay with us!

PLEASE NOTE: This is our home. We have thoughtfully prepared our home for respectful families to enjoy. If this does not describe you, please find another property to rent. Great ground floor condo!

Everything was exactly as described and was very well appointed. We liked the location close to the state park and the restaurant Schooners. We had a hiccup in our travel plans leaving us with 2 cars on the premises and were only allowed one. Our host went above and beyond to help us get another parking space on the property and we were so thankful. I would definitely stay here again.

Updated condo

The condo was very clean and updated with all the essentials. Easy communication with the owner that helped with all our issues like getting an extra parking pass. The condo was conveniently located next to Schooners Restaurant and close to Publix and Winn Dixie. Away from the crowds. Would definitely recommend this condo.

PCB getaway

This was our first trip to PCB but hopefully not the last. Due to the recent tornado there was a lot of destruction in the area but it didn't affect our stay. The condo is in a great location with nice amenities. We had a minor issue with a door and contacted the owners. They were out of the country but that didn't affect their availability. They responded immediately and had the problem resolved very quickly. Would highly recommend these owners and their condo.

Great location, nicely decorated and well equipped condo.

The location of this unit was perfect for our return to Seychelles this year. We have stayed in many different units over the last several years and the convenience of this unit really made the difference. The patio chairs were tall/high so I could monitor my twins in the pool easily. The locked gated access to the heated pool was nice. Not having to deal with dragging beach items up and down an elevator was wonderful. The unit included beach chairs so that saved us a rental fee. The owner was super responsive with questions I had. I would recommend staying in this unit and hope to do so myself in the future.

Great vacation

What a great stay we had! The ground level was so convenient. Just steps to the pool, beach, parking garage, and Schooners. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. We will definitely be back again!

Exactly as described

This was our first time staying at this end of PCB and the location was excellent. The condo was exactly as described and fully furnished. We didn’t need anything extra for the condo, besides laundry detergent. Communication with the host was extremely easy and pleasant. We had an amazing time and would recommend this condo to anyone!

Exceptional property

We loved our stay at Seychelles. The owners answered any questions we had very quickly. We loved being able to walk outside and be on the beach in minutes. We loved being on the first floor and not having to deal with the elevators each time.

The best beach stay ever

Cannot brag enough about Susan (the condo owner) and how thorough she was and quick to get back with me on anything we needed. Also allowed us to check in earlier than 4 since no one was checking out the previous day. First floor condo is definitely a MUST with kids. Room also had extra beach chairs and toys. The master bed was by far the most comfy bed I’ve ever slept on. We will choose to stay here every year if available!

Perfect Spot! Perfect weekend ❤️

Everything went as planned! Except the weather on the 3rd day, but we needed a break from the sun anyways! We have an amazing time, condo was awesome, location was perfect, and Susan was a fantastic hostess. We jet skied, banana boat tubes, fought the waves, and had a beach bonfire too! schooners next door was a great amenity to the location of the condo. Great drinks! Susan, we thank you for allowing us to be a guest in your home and we would definitely stay again.

Overall Great Stay!

We really enjoyed the convenience of being on the beach, having direct access to the pool, having our own patio, and having most all amenities listed. The place was very nice, beds slept well, linens were nice, and living area very homey. The only cons were not knowing about having to wear wrist bands the whole time you are there and not having any cleaning supplies for wiping down after you cook or if anyone has an accident and spills something or gets sick. We would definitely come back. And would definitely recommend to any of our family and friends.

Nice getaway

First floor location was perfect for our family. We have 3 kids and it made it so convenient going back and forth throughout the day. The view of the pool and ocean is awesome. The condo was stocked with everything we needed! One thing is the king bed was uncomfortable but talking with the owner sounds like they now have replaced it. I definitely recommend this unit. We had an amazing stay!

Everything was amazing!! Walk out of back door right into pool or a very short walk to beach. My daughter tires very easily just from walking. This was perfect for her. We loved being right next door to Schooners. The condo seemed sound proof. It was perfect.

We fell in love with this ground floor unit because of the poolside/beach front access -- we enjoy the amenities of a high rise without the hassle of elevators or stairs; this is a home run! We love this quiet end of the beach which is close to the State Park and next to Schooners.
