Beautiful 2 Bed 2 Bath Villa in the beautiful Mallory Square Neighborhood. Centrally located in the Villages, BUT only a 5 minute cart ride to Lake Sumter Square where you can check out the daily and nightly activities. Only 20 mins away from Brownwood Square. A block away from Coconut Cove Rec Center with a ton of activities & pool! The Villages has over 70 Golf courses and 100 pools! Also, the home is more private than most in the villages, backing up to open space! If we can do anything to help with your stay let us know!
