This1959 Cape Cod original is a 2 min walk to East Matunuck State Beach, a 5 min walk to Jim's Dock for fresh seafood and Skip's Dock for coffee, and 1 mile to Matunuck Oyster Bar. In the heart of the village of Jerusalem, you kick can off your shoes, head to the water and stay a while. Block Island Ferry, Theatre by the Sea, Point Judith Lighthouse are all nearby. Historic Wickford, and the sailing town of Newport are great day trips just 30 min. away. Four bedrooms, onsite laundry (small units in the lower bath and bunk room), two full baths + outdoor shower. Perfect for two families or extended relatives. Kitchen stocked + bbq on back deck.

We restored this 1959 Cape Cod to its original glory with modern appointments you won't find in most including a small washer and dryer for quick touch ups and AC.
