You will enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view, thanks to its location in the alpine pastures of Grand Bornand.
A farm in the heart of the mountain pastures, with a history of 160 years.
Located in the Aravis massif at an altitude of 1600m, facing the south and the pierced point which culminates at 2753m.

On the first floor, you will find an entrance hall, a very large living room with a fireplace, a lounge area with its television and sound system as well as a master bedroom for two people with a bathroom overlooking the Aravis massif and a fully equipped semi-pro kitchen.

Sleeping arrangements with comfortable bedding are also provided in the attic, which is equipped with bat-flanc beds for four people (refuge atmosphere) as well as eight single beds isolated in three different sleeping areas that can accommodate two to three people.
There is the possibility to modulate the sleeping space according to your desires.
A toilet space is at your disposal in the attic.

In the basement you will find sanitary facilities, a cellar for reblochon and local wine with a checkroom and an access for your return from hiking and mountain biking.

The cleaning and the rent of the linen are two obligatory extras:

The mandatory extras in addition to the price/night are :
- the cleaning (price per property) is automatically included in the reservation
- Bed linen and towels : 16.90euros/person, to be paid before your arrival.

The cleaning includes :
- cleaning of floors, surfaces and windows
- cleaning of the bathroom and sanitary facilities
- disinfection of the accommodation

The cleaning does not include :
- cleaning, drying and tidying of dishes
- putting away furniture and equipment
- removal of food from the refrigerator

Beds are made before your arrival and 2 towels are available per person.
