Wise industrial update on fashionable "warehouse style" apartment" Shower Rocks
When staying in an "Artsy" town, some of the appeal is the energy of the city. Sometimes it's calm and other times there's a spontaneous buzz. This is part of why Flagstaff is special. Our downtown lofts are placed in the center of all of the action. Whether you want the best coffee around, or have a night in the town, San Francisco street has it all, within a few minute walking distance.
"Cool place, walking to everything, great host This is an eclectic place truely in the hustle and bustle. There is some noise at night from people and cars, but you are really within walking of so many great places. Host was incredible. Would stay here again." -Guest Review

Stayed for a long weekend at this fantastic loft. The space itself is comfortable, clean and charming. This, along with the location right next to all of the fun restaurants and shops that Flagstaff has to offer can't be beat. We had such a great time and will be back! Thank you so much to our hosts for their accessibility.
Excellent location and access to everything. Owner is updating the blinds on east facing bedrooms which is needed. Parking is not ideal but plenty of street parking available. Owner had great communication.
We had a great stay at this super cute flat in downtown flagstaff. This is perfect for young professionals that want to get a taste of downtown living. Keep in mind that you are downtown- therefore, this place won’t be quaint, and parking will be limited.
We were able to walk everywhere with a ton of options for food and drink- our forever favorites - pato thai and martann’s.
Short drive to Humphrey’s peak trail.
The apartment is super spacious and perfect for a big family or other group- the kitchen was well equipped and the dinning room was spacious and inviting. There was a terrace with a bbq ready to grill.
We loved this place so much and we can’t wait to come back!
pros:
very clean
new kitchen appliances
nice quality Bluetooth speaker on site to use
great bathroom
kitchen and bathroom had essentials stocked
host responds very quickly to questions
great location
lots of room/spacious rental for our group
nice living room furniture and large tv
enoyed having the small patio to sit outside
very comfortable mattresses
nice quality bedding/towels
cons (very few, and definitely don't outweigh the pros):
adjoining door between two of the rooms doesn't stay shut without a wedge or object
bathroom door sticks and takes a little effort to open
beds are on seemingly inexpensive frames that squeak a little when you move
Out of the hosts control, but it's just an old building and a lot of street noise comes in from the outside. It didn't bother us at all, but if you have really light sleepers in your group you may want to know.
Property actually looked better than pictures which is unusual. Very clean. Kitchen was adequately stocked with dishes, glasses, silverware. Good communication with host.
The property was perfect for our group of 5. Clean and shower was awesome. We had a few things but they were handled quickly. Totally accommodating. One suggestion would be fans in rooms and curtains. It gets very bright, very early in Arizona! Would definitely book again if returning to Flagstaff.

Disliked: Check-in, location
Industrial shabby chic noisy
The best thing was the shower nice and hot and powerful. The rooms were eclectic and shabby chic. The beds are okay. The floor was creaky the walls were paper thin, parking was questionable. I can hear the neighbors till late in the evening and early in the morning. And they could probably hear us too... the neighborhood was wild and dangerous. Two nights two sirens each night. Loud foul language all night long till 2:00 in the morning.
Cool old building super close to everything on San Fran. Operator is very communicative. A great spot to camp out and hit the local breweries, restaurants, et cetera.
The location was great walking distance to a bunch of stuff downtown. We parked in front of the gate to the backyard which was right off of the sidewalk so if you have a longer car that might be a problem. But you don’t have to pay for parking. Only one spot provided though so if you need more there is paid parking next to the house. The building is definitely old but it adds to the charm of it all. There is only one bathroom which we had to juggle sometimes but it was remodeled and nice. There is a ton of space for hanging out which was nice. If you are sensitive to road noise this place has a lot of it. We could also hear the other people through the walls pretty well. We definitely liked the place and would like to stay again.
My group and I enjoyed our stay at this property. Although it's a bit on the older side, there is plenty of space, the bathroom in the unit has been updated and it's location to downtown Flagstaff (shops, breweries, etc.) is great - walking distance! Also, the host was very responsive and helpful. The only issue we had was with parking. This was likely made more difficult because of the snow, but figuring out parking (both opening the side gate's lockbox/sorting through the many keys left on the counter and fitting out cars through the very narrow side gate into the backyard) was a pain all weekend. My group and I would stay here again for another fun Flagstaff weekend.

Downtown Flagstaff. We could walk to shops and restaurants. Traffic noise was not bothersome but very much present. Charm of an older property. There is a unit above this one and can hear some traffic on the floors as they are squeaky. The managers were kind and responsive.
Location is amazing! We walked a short distance to downtown flagstaff (minutes!) and we’re right in the heart of everything. The property is pretty cool! Lots of space for our group of 6, comfortable beds, lots of linens and the washing machine and dryer came in handy. We will rent this property again when we visit flagstaff!
The owner was timely in answering questions and was easy to get a hold of.
Was a nice place for my group of friends to stay. The main draw is that it is near many fun things in downtown Flagstaff. Definitely an old house with a few quirks but overall would stay again.

The loft is spacious, bright, and clean. We liked being able to walk around all weekend and being close to everywhere. The owners are responsive and took care of an issue we had that was not immediately related to the property right away. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Large and Convenient
Large Rooms (3 bedrooms 1 bath), nice kitchen, huge dinning room, nice 2nd floor balcony over looking Rio de Flag, located within quick walking distance of all things north and south of tracks downtown. Lost or places to eat and drink. Rough "urban" style rehab of historic building. Parking a bit tricky. If you have a long car (such as a Highlander) there is not enough room to park and avoid Arizona's new side walk blocking law. Compact car will be fine. On street paring is paid during day and disappears quickly at night. Stairs are steep and long. A bit noisy at night as students cross Butler to go downtown bars.
Clean and spacious. Great deck. Owner was very responsive and accessible. We stayed Friday and Saturday night and the neighborhood was a bit noisy but it was nice to be close to all the good restaurants and shops. Great spot if you want to be walking to the downtown. Thanks!
Location was close to town and easily accessible. The house was minimally decorated and very clean. Others in our party stayed upstairs and having the deck and a large DR table was perfect.
